Problem Game start very slow

I can't launch the game, it stuck on the small loading window. I played the game before, and didn't have any similar problem.
I have verified files integrity, I never used any mods. I start it from desktop/Steam/.exe, but neither works. I have successfully started the game 3 times after 10 minutes. After that it worked well.
Why there is so much loading time?

 

Yesterday was particularly bad, took me like 10 minutes to get in?

 

Okay, so this is normal then? I was a at the small screen for about 3 minutes, I'd assumed it was hung

 

Yep, that's pretty normal

 

oh it can take alot more than 3 minutes, if the main server is slow you can go do something else and itll take about 10 and if you click the mouse once itll say not responding and crash lol

 

It never took 10 minutes for me. So it's not about "main server is slow", more likely it's another routing issue, some packets are delayed/lost and the game client and server need to repeat this initial connection many times until it finally works.
