Slow Loading

    Hi,

    It takes a 1min 50secs to load the game on my Core i7 12700k, with Samsung 970 EVO NVME ssd's and 32GB ram... the PC is basically idling along..

    I suspect it is network related, but any help would be appreciated.

    Was it ever different for you?

    I just checked, it took 1:45 for the game to load from click in Steam to the game's main menu, and I'd say it was always like that.

    I’m new and none of my other software takes that long to load… very interesting…

    remember you are going through a few logins ; security options and loading your profile and various webpages etc when the game starts ; if you watch in taskmanager you can see the game go up in steps and each is at a point of some internet use
