Looks fantastic! Xbox One X will be sublime. PC would be great if it was on Steam and not the MS store.
If only the would put that much effort into the driving experience itself as simulating wildlife and surroundings
A good point is that FH4 will be included to the gamepass if you have that Abonnement u ain't need to buy it and can download at release date.
Maybe the wrong game for you if you don´t like the handling but thats not the games fault I´m very pleased with the cars handling in Forza games. I enjoyed them all since 2005
No Patrick, we wouldn't .say that. You do realize that a shitload of work goes into making those games. A lot of heart and time by human beings. Why make abrasive comments about that, is that really needed to convey your opinion. You think the gameplay is not new etc. fine. But why diss the stuff that takes a lot of effort.
And we shouldn't forget that every product has its core target audience. Idk about anybody else but I'm pretty sure my 10 yo self - although already versed in many disciplines - wouldn't have been able to truely value a sim for what it is and offers and always would have chosen the awesome-looking fun-racer. I think for some of these kids these are the gateway into more serious (sim)racing, and although I personally don't play those games anymore I don't see what's wrong with that. Plus they obviously keep turning in profits, so why would they stop or change making them?
On one hand it's cool to drive a serius sim in a rig with vr and FFB Wheels and so on, on the other hand it's cool to sit in the living room in front auf the TV with some friends playing some racing games. Why not? Forza Horizon is IMHO a lot of fun stuff and looks very awesome.
Funny thing is that i drive everything with wheel or pad on my TV in the living room sitting on my couch
because too often they put all that effort in the wrong place shinny new paint doesn't fix a bad foundation, and physics is the foundation of a driving game, if FH4 has the same improvement in driving physics over FH3, that FM7 has over FM6, I will be happy
My sons, 9 and 11 love Forza Horizon 3. I too enjoy it from time to time when I try it out on one of my sons Xbox Ones. But now I'm super thrilled cause I have also gotten them to like Forza Motorsport 7, and to get interest in circuit racing. Next step will be real sim racing!! Soon.. . (My wife isn't equal ecstatic over getting more sim racers in the house though..)
Looking forward to that. I only played Sims on PC, until 2 days ago my wife bougth a x-Box one(never had a console), FH2 was shipped with the x-box. So I said fuck that and took this weird gamepadthing and started FH2. Now im addicted... its not sim or something like that. Its only fun. Collecting cars, tune them in all ways and doing stuff in the Open world. Damn, never thougt that that arcady stuff is so much fun.
Nice! I really liked TDU2, and always missed the part of going to car dealers and buy houses in The Crew. Great to see that return in a game! Will definitely give this to the "kids" this winter!
