I'm struggling to find a nice FFB setting particularly with:
    1. Steering Force Intensity
    2. Understeer
    3. Vertical Load
    4. Lateral Force
    5. Steering Rack
    6. Slip effect
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The default alternative profile is a good point to start with

@Blueferrari we have two official recommendations on the topic here - depending on which driver version you're using.

Hi, Thanks again for your response. I had another question; I noticed for your Audi R8 Evo tuning you had Brake Ducts and I think Radiator Ducts open or closed adjustments. I can't even see these on my screen. How do you access these? Also, is there any way you can change tyres from Hard to Soft etc?
    Many thanks.

Thanks for these, I'm using these Fanatec settings now. They feel ok, but there's still oscillation when you let go of the wheel, and when you add dampening this just makes the wheel dead flat and stiff.

Don't let the wheel go. Why do you want to?

It's not really a matter of wanting to let the steering wheel go, but it just has a lot of spring resistance, or snap-back if you like.
