Which shouts driver conflict or alike to me , but seeing as simagic have never answered any of the emails i sent them , and ppl prefer to go else where than try and debug it , its an impossible situation Andi
Simagic are Chinese crap. Their software requires manual updates all the time. The only support is through a Facebook page and a quick browse through that quickly shows how many problems they have due to their software.
@Andi Goodwin sorry I missed your post. I would very much like the simagic pedals to work with Raceroom... When might you be available on discord again to go through troubleshooting?
Just got a set of Simagic P2000 and having the same issue. My DD2 registers fine, but pedals are no recognized
The only way I got mine to bind was to plug the pedals in the cambus usb on the Alpha wheel. This needs a fix. If you don't own a simagic wheel base then I don't know the fix for you.
I think Andi has been doing the legwork on this one. So maybe he knows more. But from what I can gather theres something strange about how raceroom sees input devices, so it's seen by other games and windows but not here. I assume it will be resolved as soon as a fix is found. In the meantime, if you still want to play the game you can try using vjoy to map the axes onto a virtual controller which will then be picked up by the game. Can you go to devices and printers in the control panel in windows , click on properties ,, and get the device id /hardware id for the pedals and post it here Andi
We are basically waiting for a set of pedals to be shipped to the devs , but this helps to cross check that the device ids are the same when they get here Andi
is a set of pedals been arranged to go to the devs? cause i doubt you'll get anything from simagic, hopefully a solution will be found soon,
