how is it possible that 2 different PCs, same car, same circuit, same conditions, set-up not touched in any part, one after 2 laps has tyres at 85 degrees and another after 10 laps still at 60?
Easiest solution would be one was on a leaderboard/competition (where tire temps are constant at the optimal temp) and the other a normal practice/quali/race session. Other than that i probably wont have an answer but giving info on what car, track and lap times were for both drivers would probably be helpful
But still 2 different drivers? Otherwise you wouldn't ask if cheating is possible? Does the "other" has the same hardware too? Speaking of wheel, pedals etc...
It would help if you added some context. Was it you driving on those 2 different PCs? Did you use the same peripherals and control setup? In what kind of context did you get to play on another PC with other variables controlled for, while being unsure if you were playing with cheats? The whole post is super confusing.
You also got a couple answers asking for further info but you havent given any yet so its difficult to give a more precise answer

Ask him if he's cheating then? It's more likely that one of you (him) isn't getting the tyre data displayed correctly since there should be no way there is no change

yes its possible to cheat and ppl get caught and banned quite often but youve given no real info and this has dragged on so closing this Andi
