Kicked back to the pits ?

As the title says I was in the middle of a ranked race in the mx5 at Brans in the 4th lap I think it was with no incidents and I was running in 10th of 15 and suddenly I was kicked back to the pits, and I was the only one?
Anyone know why?

 

Hard to say. Are you really sure you had no incidents? Your hud has to be set to at least "essentials" to show penalties/incidents.
My only guess is the incident limit or unserved penalty (drive through after 3 laps).

You could take a look at your profil and then at your ranked races data. See how many incidents you have and especially what kind of incidents you have (if any). You can find them out by hovering with the mouse over the number.

 

Thanks for getting back to me, I'll go have a look but I know nothing happened last night I was racing as well and I got spun (rammed from behind) then later in the race I miss-judged my braking, and hit someone and got DQ which again I thought was harsh but it did say DQ when I got back to the pits.

 

I just had a quick look and apparently, I had 5 incident points
Surly not enough to send me back to the pits?

 

you failed to serve a slow down and then didnt do the drive through correctly

 

Hover your mouse over incident points number and see what kind of incidents they were. If you receive a drive-through and don't serve it in 3 laps, you get a DQ. In the list it will show as "Non served penalty".

 

Most likely a drive through for jumpstart unserved. You have 3 laps to serve it so 4 th lap would be the instant DQ

 

Yeah, that makes sense but would it not say DQ in the stats screen when I'm in the pits?
these are the penalties I had
1x invalid lap (1 point)
1x non Served Penalty (4 points)
so is this what got me kicked?

 

Yes. It's the non served penalty.

 

Thanks guys at least I now know to keep an eye on my penalties ‍♂️

 

make sure you can actually see warnings, we've has people that got this from just not getting the message
