Deletion of Account

I understand that an account can be deleted. I understand that any bought content will be deleted and never available again once the account is deleted.

My question is once an account has been deleted from 'Account Settings' in game (or on the website https://game.raceroom.com) and the game uninstalled from Steam can you at a later time:

1) Reinstall on the same Steam account
2) Create a new profile/account on Raceroom and start again as if you have never played before?

 

What have you done

 

Both should be possible, but don't quote me on that.

 

Thanks for your replies but I really need somebody from KWS to confirm exactly how it works.

 

The quicker option is just to create a new steam account only for raceroom. If you have other paid games you can probably family link them to the new account so you can play them on that, obvioulsy not with the same player data as the original account though.

My question remains though. Can a person start again using the same Steam account after deletion of their Raceroom account with no ties to this deleted account whatsoever?
