Can somebody explain me, why wheel base still vibrating on kerbs and gravel, when the same parameters has 0%?
Wasn't there a difference between 3d-Curbs and "flat" curbs and the FFB-Setting has just an effect on one of those?
Engine vibrations turned off. What is .RCS file? Suzuka kerbs doesn't vibrating, Spielberg kerbs vibrating, but gravel\grass vibrating everywhere.
+1 as in agreement, me too! I posted this a couple of weeks ago, you can disable all the brake\throttle\kerb vibrations and still get feedback, the only way i could get rid of it was by turning down one of the loads, but since manually editing my wheel file its seems to have gone completely, i think it was kerb strength set to 0, may of been something completely different, i was full of new year cheer at the time My profile for a g25 if you want to try it, it should work with g27. https://www.mediafire.com/?f8mouuaaezddv8g
no this is correct. 'curb vibrations' are a canned effect that is not caused by the physical shape of the curb. these 'vertical load' vibrations are caused by the physical shape of the curb so turning off 'vibration effect' wont completely get rid of them.
ok , difference between vibration and ffb/shock .... ill be honest never really noticed this ; will look tomorrow Andi
I hope S3 fix it, if possible. I can play only at night, when everybody sleep at home, but the wheel base vibration so loud, I just can't play because of that.
many of my friends changed the wheel because of this and late night racing and this was before R3e existed Andi
The problem is not in the steering wheel, the problem is in the vertical load parameter, when it's 0% in fact it,s not.
why would you set it to zero? it will kill all front end feel ... go to your documents /my games/simbin/raceroom/userdata/controlsets and upload the file here or link it and ill look what i can do Andi
