How do you proceed in order to balance the aerodynamic using telemetry? Ride height, rake, wings in GT cars

As far as I know, PC2 is the only title that has the car data populated in the RST software. For all the other titles you still have to input your own Car parameters and save them.
Maybe. But it would not be superfluous in the RST, if possible, at least the main characteristics ( wheelbase,tire diameter and etc.)
There's such a wide variation of In-Game values across SIM's that it seems impossible to get them all in and keep them updated. Better to do them on a per/game basis. And since there has been so many issues found with SMS game engine in PC2, I wouldn't even suggest playing that SIM any longer, unless you're just invested heavily into it.
Considering how much variation the CoP will see at the varying ride heights and rake angles over a lap, it's really quite academic and pointless to pin a single value on it. In addition, methods such as "adjusting for a CoP of about 65% to the rear." is far too much of a generalisation. Much more important is to focus on where the CoP is relative to the CoG. In order to have a car which retains it's balance at high speed it usually wants to be 5-10% behind the CoG. Thus for a car with 40/60 weight distribution 65% will work well, however if you've TCR car with the mandated 60/40 weight split, 65% rear aero balance will give it chronic high speed understeer.
