As you can see on below screenshot, AI electric cars run out of battery and stops at about 90% of Nordschleife. AI kindly stops in runoff area, and retire after 10~20 seconds. I knew the battery isn't enough for 1 lap, so I lowered my engine map level and used S-gear(regeneration) and increased the regeneration rate to the max(which is 15%). AI should do the same to finish at least 1 lap. In other shorter maps, AI pits and charges its battery and continues racing. But it seems AI uses the highest engine map and D-gear(no regeneration) which leads to more pit stops. So I adjust my engine map and regeneration(S-gear and rate) to pit stop less so that I can easily win. AI should do the same adjustment to minimize (pit) time loss and win.
