Resolved All purchased content missing

Everything was fine until today, then I go to join our multiplayer circuit and it was asking me to purchase the content again. Checked my purchase history and everything is showing as 'Unknown purchase, content does not exist anymore'

I know i'm not the only person with this issue.

 

same problem here, citroen wttcc disapear, and list of buying contents disapear too...what happen here???

same thing happened to me, practically everything is zero, tracks and cars bought are gone

Techies have been informed, just need to wait for it to be fixed. Hopefully they can get it sorted.

 

Seems that everybody's sales history is missing... Not a funny since I spent 80 euro on content ...

The game does not start and the purchased additional content is not available. Hope the raceroom gets the problem under control quickly.

Take the night off, dig out one of your undervalued games, or one of the hundreds of titles we all buy and never actually install, and hopefully it'll get sorted tomorrow/soon.

Server issue potentially, so some people affected, others aren't. No need to panic just yet, hopefully the techies will get it figured out tomorrow.

 

Don't panic, you haven't lost anything. The issue is communication between your PC and the RaceRoom servers, because the game checks your account to see what content you own. No communication = no content, and that's if you can start the game at all. (Which I can't.)

This issue ruined our club racing tonight, so it's a real shame to see that it hasn't even been acknowledged yet by S3.
