as part of the promotion, paid 50$ and change for the remaining tracks and cars in premium pack through paypal via Steam and received confirmation through paypal but not from raceroom and I didn't get the tracks and cars! I sent support an email but wondered if this had happened to any.one else?
Maybe the transaction didn't go through and the money is still sitting in your Steam wallet. Do you have any money in your Steam account right now?
Thanks majuh. That is exactly what had happened. When I looked at my steam account the money was in the wallet. Somehow the final step in transferring it to raceroom got missed, maybe because I wasn't paying enough attention, not sure. But I have my content now. Thanks for responding!
