Car setup guide

Hi,
I am trying to get into car setups but I have basically no prior knowledge about this. I wonder if there is some kind of Quick-Guide for RaceRoom for a newbie like me? I don't need/want anything advanced for now, just how to get the car more fit for Monza-type-tracks and for Monaco-type-tracks if that makes sense.

Thank you. I should have been able to find those myself but didnt.
