"crash points" rule

    I don't understand and I don't think the "crash points" rule is right.
    If someone kicks me back all the time, is it my fault?
    If someone uses my car as a brake in the corners, is it my fault?
    Why the points are added to me and sometimes I'm disqualified?
    Sorry but I don't understand.

    No it is not your fault.
    Raceroom (and many others) use a No-Blame-System for incidents. If you are involved in an incident, you get incident points, that's it.
    It has been discussed countless times and two of the reasons for the system is
    1. It is very hard for an automatic system to assign blame.
    2. Any such system could and will be abused.

    I understand, it can be frustrating sometimes.
    However, it takes patience and attention.
