Barna vs. Jarschel, Lap 2, Turn 1
Jarschel turns into turn 1 while Barna is on the inside, and on the exit, he runs him off the circuit. Barna can hold the inside, and then Jarschel turns in again when Barna is on the inside.
This driving is far too aggressive from Jarschel.
    Tim Jarschel - 20 points, 1 strike

Leandro Werle vs. Juhász, Lap 6, Turn 3
Juhász goes for a move on Werle in turn 3.
The gap is definitely there for a move, as the inside line is open, and Werle just turns in when Juhász already has an overlap.
As Juhász cannot hold the inside line of the corner, and therefore pushes Werle wide, we give him a warning to be more careful when executing these moves.
    Krisztián Juhász - warning

Lucas Werle vs. Oliveira, Lap 8, Turn 1,2,3
There is a 6 way fight for position.
In turn 1, Oliveira runs into the side of Werle, who can keep the position though. Warning for this.
In turn 2, Dixon has to brake early not to hit Duhr. Werle slightly hits Dixon and gets slightly hit by Oliveira. Unfortunate for Werle, who drifts wide, but Oliveira cannot be blamed here.
In turn 3, there is minimal contact, but it is a racing incident.
    Warning - Vinny Oliveira

    Race 2

Lucas Werle vs. Högfeldt, Lap 2, Turn 3
Werle and Högfeldt have contact in turn 3 and 4.
This contact is caused by the ping difference. On the official replay, the cars do not make actual contact in turn 4, and Högfeldt left enough room in both corners. We assume that it looked the same for him in the cockpit, therefore we cannot take action here.
    No penalty

Barna vs. Gomez, Lap 5, Turn 1
On the exit of turn 1, Barna goes a bit wide. Gomez stays on the throttle, and pushes Barna onto the grass. Barna does not lose a position.
    Warning - Juan Manuel Gomez

Vega vs Montgomery, Lap 4, Final Corner
Montgomery goes for a pass on Sabino, runs into Vega and pushes him off the track.
James Montgomery, 8 points, 1 strike

    Race 1

Kispál vs. Armiento, Lap 4, Turn 7
Armiento outbrakes himself in the hairpin and pushes Kispál into the gravel.
Armiento waits for Kispál afterwards, which is very fair, but since the incident was reported and Kispal lost places, we still have to give a penalty.
Antonio Armiento, 4 points, 1 strike

Štulić vs. Frigotto, Lap 8 Turn 1
Frigotto tries to pass Štulić in turn 1. Štulić changes line under braking, slightly losing the car, Stulic gets hit, and slides off into Leandro Werle, costing Werle 2 positions.
    Not Frigotto’s fault.
Half penalty for Štulić since it’s not entirely clear if he is deliberately moving or if it is a mistake on braking. But as Štulić should know from several other penalties in various series, moving under braking is not permitted.
    10 points - Slaven Štulić

Štulić vs. Ottaviani, Lap 8, Tosa
In this scene, Štulić, Leandro Werle, Pointeau and Ottaviani all move under braking, costing each other time and trading paint. Štulić loses a position, but this is equal driving from all 4 cars involved.
Warning - Slaven Štulić, Leandro Werle, Corentin Pointeau, Alessandro Ottaviani

    Server 2

Dobsa vs. Vega / Krambeer, Lap 10, Variante Alta
Krambeer tries to pass Vega on the outside with a late braking move. Vega changes his line slightly and gets hit hard by Krambeer, sliding into Dobsa as a result.
Vega cuts the chicane as a result, passing Dobsa and not giving the place back.
Penalty for Vega, who changed line too late and also illegally passed Dobsa,, and half for Krambeer, who took too much risk going for an “outside divebomb” braking later than cars in clean air.
Dobsa, who did not do anything wrong, loses out because of this.
    8 points, 1 strike - Caryl Vega
    4 points - Lukas Krambeer

Antonov vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 8, Turn 1
After battles throughout the lap Antonov is ahead of Werle and holds the inside line into T1. Werle brakes on the outside, but then turns to the inside very early when he can clearly see Antonov. He has his steering turned to the right the whole time, hits the rear quarter of Antonovs car and spins Antonov out.
    Lucas Werle - 40 points, 2 strikes

    Race 2

Costa vs. Štulic, Lap 13, Turn 3
Štulic brakes quite a bit too late and hits Costa in the back, taking the position.
    Slaven Štulic - 20 points, 1 strike

Dobsa vs. Yenipazarli, Lap 7, Turn 1
Yenipazarli is on the outside of turn 1, turns in a bit too early and hits Dobsa in the side, gaining the place. Half penalty.
    Sertug Yenipazarli, 4 points

Duhr vs. Romanenko, Lap 12, Turn 10
Romanenko goes for an overtaking attempt on Turn 10 on the inside. Duhr turns in, earlier and a bit more than all other cars. Romanenko brakes later than any other car, and from our point of view, it is unlikely that he will make the corner properly. They make contact and Duhr spins. Due to the way Duhr is turning in, it is reduced to a half penalty, but it’s still Romanenko braking too late.
    Kostyantyn Romanenko, 4 points

Report regarding qualifying on hold due to missing footage.

Jarschel vs. Antonov, Lap 1, Turn 4
Into the second chicane, Antonov brakes later than Jarschel and hits him in the rear quarter, pushing him sideways.
Keithley tries to go for a move on Antonov at the same time, makes contact with him, pushes Jarschel as well who spins and drops to last.
Full penalty for Antonov being too aggressive on the first lap and initiating the contact, half penalty for Keithley, we think there is no way this move can work without pushing Antonov and he contributes to Jarschel’s spin, but at the same time, Antonov is turning in on him as well.
Kirill Antonov, 20 points, 1 strike
    Jack Keithley, 10 points

Fiduci vs. Pinczes, Lap 2, Turn 1
Pinczes hits Fiduci in turn 1 and sends him off. He tried to move to the inside, but moved too late.
Adam Pinczes, 20 points, 1 strike

Barna vs. Gomez, Lap 3, Turn 1 and 2
Gomez sees a gap on the inside of Barna into turn 2 and goes for a move. There is slight contact, but this is all normal for touring car racing. No one changes position.
    Racing incident

Cihan vs. Pinczes, Lap 4, Parabolica
Pinczes is on the left side, Cihan ahead on the right into Parabolica. Cihan squeezes Pinczes on the straight already by not leaving enough room when Pinczes has an overlap. In the braking, Cihan first opens up and then comes back across. Pinczes is all the way on the edge of the track when contact is made. Pinczes loses 2 places, Cihan drops all the way back. Cihan should have left enough room for Pinczes. The penalty is harsh since Cihan already lost many places by going off the track himself, but in this case Pinczes really does nothing wrong and even loses places due to Cihan not leaving enough room.
    Emre Cihan, 10 points

Bánki vs. Nagy, Lap 14, Turn 1
Nagy comes out of the pitlane and rejoins the racing line after the white line. As soon as he sees Bánki, he opens the door again. Bánki still swerves to the left to avoid, has to cut the chicane and gets a slowdown.
This is a misunderstanding, as there is actually enough room for Bánki to go on the outside, but he still takes avoiding action. But still Nagy is rejoining the track (pitlane = off track) and should be more careful at this point, as his behaviour is affecting Bánki.
    Warning - David Nagy

Farkas vs. Juhász, Last Lap, Ascari
Juhász tries to go for a pass on Farkas. He makes his intentions very clear and has a normal braking point. On the apex, Farkas turns in on the nose of Juhász and spins. We think that this was a legitimate attempt from Juhász, and Farkas turns in on him.
    No action

    Server 2

Yenipazarli vs. Barrier, Lap 8, Parabolica
Barrier brakes too late for the last corner, bumps Yenipazarli and takes the position. Yenipazarli’s braking point was normal.
Valentin Barrier, 8 points, 1 strike

Krambeer vs. Vega, Lap 9, Turn 4
Vega tries to go for a pass on Krambeer, loses his car under braking and hits the rear quarter of Krambeer, who spins off as a result. Krambeer has a slight movement to the left in the braking, but it is so minimal that we do not think it affected this scene.
Caryl Vega, 8 points, 1 strike

    Strikes:
    Lucas Werle - 2
    Caryl Vega - 2

    Tim Jarschel - 1
    James Montgomery - 1

Round 5 - Red Bull Ring

Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Mike Bell

    Message from the stewards:
This was a bit too much. Remember to stay fair to your opponents, and to leave them breathing room when you fight with them. It's also not always necessary to go for the riskiest moves. There are still 8 rounds to come, and at this rate you are not gonna see the end of the season! We know you can do better than this, so show it.

    Server 1 - Race 1

Werle vs. Bánki, Lap 1, Turn 4
Bánki comes in hot into the corner, brakes late and pushes Werle off, across the front of Hasse. Werle goes off into the gravel.
Bence Bánki, 20 points, 1 strike

Cihan vs. Zsupanek, Lap 2, Turn 4
Cihan goes for a passing attempt into turn 4. Zsupanek changes the line very late under braking, forcing Cihan, who is committed, to either hit him or back out. Cihan backs out, swerves to the left and loses 1 place. Moving under braking is not permitted for this exact reason.
    Bence Zsupanek, 10 points

Bánki vs. Jarschel, Lap 7, Turn 4
Jarschel drives into the side of Bánki in the braking zone and also does not leave enough room on the exit, costing Bánki 2 positions.
Tim Jarschel, 20 points, 1 strikes

Fiduci vs. Pinczes, Lap 8, Turn 4
Pinczes dives around Jarschel on the outside and tries to move in front of Jarschel while still in the braking zone, and hits Fiduci who is in front of him, costing Fiduci time and forcing him to defend against Jarschel. Even though Fiduci doesn’t lose a place, this is a particularly unnecessary move that affects Fiduci.
Adam Pinczes, 20 points, 1 strike

Vega vs. Ottaviani, Lap 11, Turn 3
Vega is defending his place and he left very little room on the inside. Ottaviani, who is behind, tries to squeeze into a minimal gap. Vega does not move. Overly aggressive move from Ottaviani that costs Vega 2 places.
Alessandro Ottaviani, 20 points, 1 strike

Posan vs. Hasse, Lap 15, Turn 7
Hasse tries to go on the outside of Pósán. Pósán does not leave much room at all, but Hasse is still within track limits. Hasse then turns into the corner quite early, hitting the rear quarter of Pósáns car and spinning him off.
Florian Hasse, 20 points, 1 strike

Fiduci vs. Pinczes, Last Lap, Turn 5
Pinczes goes for a move on Fiduci, but he is too far back, hitting Fiduci and costing him 2 places.
Adam Pinczes, 20 points, 1 strike
Pinczes is one strike away from a qualifying ban.

    Server 1 - Race 2

Pinczes vs. Fiduci, Lap 5, Turn 5
Pinczes goes for a pass on Fiduci, similar to last race but this time he is close enough and it works. Fiduci then goes back on the inside, straightens the steering and just runs Pinczes out of road.
Gianmarco Fiduci, 20 points, 1 strike

    Cihan vs. Jarschel, Lap 9, Turn 5 / 6
Jarschel goes into back of Cihan and keeps pushing him all the way through turn 5. Cihan goes on the gravel. In the next corner, Cihan loses the place to Jarschel. There is no contact there, but Cihan has picked up dirty tyres from getting pushed into the gravel, and it is completely unnecessary aggressive driving from Jarschel.
Tim Jarschel, 20 points, 1 strike
Jarschel is one strike away from a qualifying ban.

Pinczes vs. Fiduci, Lap 14, Turn 2
Fiduci goes for a move on Pinczes. Actually, he does not hit Pinczes, but he then hits Barna. After the contact, Pinczes gets run off the track on the outside. This pass only works for Fiduci because he uses Barna as a brake, and he gains 2 positions, while Pinczes loses 3 due to a move that could never have worked without contact.
Gianmarco Fiduci, 20 points, 1 strike

Diner vs. Pinczes, Lap 14, Last 2 corners
Pinczes goes for a pass on the inside of Diner into the penultimate corner. Diner goes for the apex and clips Pinczes as a result when he tries the undercut, nothing too bad but it sends Pinczes a bit further wide. Then, Diner leaves very little room to Pinczes on the run to the next corner, bumping into him while Pinczes is trying to avoid a slowdown. Pinczes moves back and Diner spins off.
We think Pinczes is just trying to stay on the track here, and Diner kinda spins himself as he does not leave Pinczes enough room to recover.
    No action

Baldi vs. Keithley, Lap 15, Turn 2
Baldi covers against Keithley. He moves late, but not under braking, and actually leaves Keithley a lot of room. Keithley goes up the inside and hits Baldi, sending him wide and taking the position. This is not the biggest contact, but it is an illegal pass.
Jack Keithley, 20 points, 1 strike

Pinczes vs. Cihan, Last Lap, Last corners
Cihan and Pinczes have a hard fight. Pinczes tries to pass Cihan on the outside, turns in before he is fully ahead, they make slight contact and Cihan slightly pushes him but this is within the limit.
Cihan then goes on the inside into the final corner. They make contact again, but the contact is very very early, it is more that Pinczes goes for a too early apex considering Cihan is there, and not that Cihan is running him off. Overall hard racing but no need for the race direction to step in.
    Racing incident

    Server 2 - Race 1

Dobsa vs. van Roon, Lap 9 Turn 3
Van Roon tries to pass Dobsa, he goes up the inside, slightly misses the apex and on the exit, he opens up the steering and bumps Dobsa who runs off the road. At the same time, Galakhov is in the gravel already, so Dobsa hits him in the gravel.
Frank van Roon, 8 points, 1 strike

    Tim Jarschel - 3
    Adam Pinczes - 3
    Lucas Werle - 2
    Caryl Vega - 2

    Gianmarco Fiduci - 2
    James Montgomery - 1
    Antonio Armiento - 1

Juhasz vs. Vega, Lap 2, Turn 8
Vega gives Juhasz a bump on the entrance of turn 8, and then pushes him off the road on the exit.
    Caryl Vega - 20 points, 1 strike
Vega is 1 strike away from a qualifying ban.

Vega vs. Pointeau, Lap 3, Turn 8/9
Pointeau turns into turn 9 and crosses over Vega, who has an overlap. Vega gets onto the grass and picks up dirty tyres, understeers off and hits the wall.
The contact is clearly Pointeau’s fault.
But Vega could have avoided going off here, by lifting off after the contact. He kind of runs off the circuit on his own.
But Pointeau still prevented a pass by contact, so the initial contact still justifies a full penalty.
    Corentin Pointeau - 20 points, 1 strike

Zsupanek vs. Antonov, Lap 6, Turn 10
Gomez and Antonov are in a big battle group behind Zsupanek. They all brake very late. Gomez hits Zsupanek, sending him in a slide and then hitting him mid corner again. Gomez himself got pushed by Antonov, who also broke too late, but after careful review of the speed of the cars, we think the main blame here lies at Gomez. Zsupanek is innocent in the scene, and Frigotto also loses places as a result.
Juan Manuel Gomez - 20 points. 1 strike
    Kirill Antonov - 10 points

Frigotto vs. Hasse, Lap 12, Turn 2
Frigotto tries to go past Hasse on the outside, and initiates the contact when he turns in on Hasse. They rub wheels throughout the corner, and Hasse has to correct 2 slides. It looks like lag is involved. When Hasse corrects the second slide, Frigotto gets sent off. But Hasse cannot be blamed here.
    No action

Werle vs. Hasse, Lap 19, Turn 3-4
Werle tries to pass Hasse and gets a run, but Hasse does not leave enough room, forcing Werle to run over the grass.
It is an illegal move by Hasse, preventing a potential pass, but due to the nature of this incident with no contact made, we feel like a half penalty is justified.
    Florian Hasse, 10 points

Zsupanek vs. Jarschel, Lap 24, Turn 10
Jarschel runs into the back of Zsupanek on the run up to turn 10, hitting him off and costing him many positions.
It is visible, both on the broadcast and especially on the replay, that Jarschel is lagging. So this might contribute to the incident and it is not clearly visible what happened.
But since it is Jarschel who is lagging, and he is also causing the contact, we still have to give him a penalty.
Tim Jarschel, 20 points, 1 strike
Jarschel is banned from both qualifying sessions at Brands Hatch.

Hasse vs. Zsupanek, Lap 24, Turn 10
Zsupanek rejoins after getting hit off by Jarschel, and drives right infront of Hasse, costing him time.
Even if it is not Zsupanek’s fault that he ended up where he did, he still needs to respect the other cars on the grid when he rejoins the track.
    Bence Zsupanek, 10 points

Bánki vs. Keithley, Penultimate Lap, Turn 10
Keithley goes up the inside of Bánki into turn 10. Bánki leaves very little room, slightly too little. But at the same time, Keithley is a bit too fast for the line that he is on. Bánki gets sent wide. Keithley gets a bump from Pinczes mid corner. Into turn 11, Keithley leaves slightly too little room for Bánki.
Difficult scene, but in the end Keithley’s move wasn’t quite on.
    Jack Keithley, 10 points

Juhasz vs. Azcona, Last Lap, Turn 8
Azcona runs off Juhasz on the exit of turn 8.
    Mikel Azcona, 1 strike

Stofmeel vs. Werle, Last Lap, Last Corner
Werle hits Stofmeel, who is quite defensive, into the final corner, and takes the place.
    Classic bump and run.
Leandro Werle, 20 points, 1 strike

    Server 2

Witwoet vs. Tirelli, Lap 2, Turn 1
Tirelli brakes too late into turn 1 and sends Witwoet off.
Fabio Tirelli, 8 points, 1 strike

    Server 4

De Bie vs. Schlacher, Lap 1, Turn 1
Kevin Schlacher tries to go for a move into turn 1 and is slightly too late, hitting Bence, who in return hits de Bie.
Kevin Schlacher, 2 points, 1 strike

Tim Jarschel - 4 (Qualifying Ban: Brands Hatch)
    Adam Pinczes - 3

    Quali 1

Bánki vs. Keithley, before the end of qualifying
Keithley is driving slow in qualifying. There is not enough time left in the session so Keithley cannot start another lap afterwards. After turn 3, he lets Barna and Pinczes through, but not Bánki, who has to compromise his line into turn 4. Bánki was on a PB after sector 2 and did not improve his time.
Drivers were explicitly warned before Slovakia Ring that blocking in qualifying is not allowed. In this scene, it is a bit on the edge to which degree Keithley blocked Bánki, but he clearly had no reason to place his car there, when he could not set a time afterwards.
    Jack Keithley, 10 points
Since Keithley got the points for pole position, this can still lead to a penalty, even if the race was red flagged.

    Race 1

Barna vs. Antonov, Lap 1, Turn 3
Antonov attacks Barna in turn 3. The move is not quite on. Barna shuts the door, they make contact, but Barna keeps the place.
    Kirill Antonov, warning

Pointeau vs. Galakhov, Lap 2, Turn 2
After a very heated battle of Galakhov and Romanenko, Pointeau gets a run.
In turn 2, Pointeau and Romanenko make slight contact, and then Galakhov just completely goes onto the throttle and pushes them wide in turn 2, costing them both positions.
Alexander Galakhov, 20 points, 1 strike

Pointeau vs. Galakhov, Lap 4, Turn 3 and 5
Galakhov does the same thing again, this time in turn 3. Penalty.
Into turn 5, Pointeau brakes on the grass, and there is contact again, but this scene is more like a racing incident.
Alexander Galakhov, 20 points, 1 strike

Pinczes vs. Sokovikov, Lap 7, Turn 3
After Pinczes touches the gravel, Sokovikov gets past him with a bit of contact in turn 2. In turn 3, they make contact again. Sokovikov turns in a bit too early, but Pinczes' and his lines come together. Overall Sokovikov should have left a bit more room.
    Kirill Sokovikov, warning

Pinczes vs. Antonov, Lap 7, Turn 5
Antonov makes an aggressive move against Pinczes. There is a small gap, and Antonov goes in it. Pinczes turns in when Antonov has his nose in, but it is also debatable if that gap really was big enough, as Antonov has to go on the throttle really late to get his nose in. Overall a tough move, but just within the tolerance.
    Racing incident

Pointeau vs. Galakhov, Lap 18, Turn 1
Galakhov brakes on the inside into turn 1, Pointeau is ahead, comes across and gets a tap, sliding through turn 1 as a result.
    Racing Incident

    Race 2

Werle vs. Antonov, Lap 1, Turn 3 and 5
After attempting a move on Fiduci, Antonov goes on the grass and is slow out of turn 3. He defends very hard against Werle, who has more speed out of the corner, and passes Antonov on the grass. In turn 5, Antonov attempts a switchback, but hits Werle and takes the place anyway.
Kirill Antonov, 20 points, 1 strike

Fiduci vs. Antonov, Lap 2, Turn 5
Antonov runs into the back of Fiduci and then overtakes him on the grass.
Kirill Antonov, 20 points, 1 strike

Barna vs. Antonov, Lap 4, Turn 5
Barna holds a defensive line into the final corner complex. Antonov goes into the back of him, pushes him and takes the place.
    Unfair overtake.
Kirill Antonov, 20 points, 1 strike

Fiduci vs. Antonov, Lap 7, Turn 2
Antonov gets pushed in turn 2 by Barna. When he comes back on the track, he drives across the line of Fiduci and costs him a place.
Even if it is not his fault that he ended up there, he still needs to watch out for the other cars.
Kirill Antonov, 20 points, 1 strike
Antonov is banned from the qualifying session at Shanghai.
He is 1 strike away from a one-month ban on all RaceRoom competitions, since he is on 9 strikes overall.

Pointeau vs. Antonov, Lap 24, Turn 2
Pointeau leaves the door open into turn 2. Antonov goes for the move, and slightly misjudges it, giving a slight push to Pointeau. Antonov is a bit too late here, but not as bad as the other scenes.
    Kirill Antonov, 10 points

Barna vs. Jarschel, Lap 29, Turn 2
Barna is taking a defensive line and misses the braking slightly and is on an awkward line. Jarschel makes contact with him, to some degree, that is because of Barna’s line, but it is still too aggressive from Jarschel.
    Tim Jarschel, 10 points

Barna vs. Jarschel, Lap 29, Turn 2
Barna is taking a defensive line and misses the braking quite a lot this time. Jarschel makes contact with him again. It is not entirely fair, and Jarschel is too fast into the corner, but Barna is also not on a predictable racing line here and runs wide anyway.
    Tim Jarschel, 10 points
Jarschel is coming back from a qualifying ban. He should really calm it down, if he wants to stay in this championship.

Kirill Antonov - 5 (Qualifying Ban: Shanghai)
Tim Jarschel - 4 (Qualifying Ban solved)

    Qualifying

    Race direction vs. Antonov
Antonov leaves the pitlane despite his qualifying ban. He doesn’t block anyone or set a time, but still violates his ban.
    Kirill Antonov - 1 strike
Due to reaching 6 strikes in the CUPRA SimRacing Series, Antonov is banned from the race in Dubai.
Due to reaching 10 strikes overall, Antonov is banned from all RaceRoom competition MP races using the global rule set until 02.10.2020.

    Race

Zsupanek vs. Keithley, Lap 1, Turn 6
Keithley dives 2 cars and hits Gomez sideways into turn 6. As Gomez is sliding all over the track, he tries to save his car and several other cars have to slow down or avoid, including Zsupanek, who loses one spot as a result.
    Jack Keithley - 20 points, 1 strike

Cihan vs. Pósán, Lap 1 and 2, Turn 11
Two times, Pósán does not leave enough room to Cihan in turn 11, when Cihan has an overlap. On the 2nd lap, Cihan loses 2 places to Posan and Mukonin as a result.
    Norbert Pósán - 20 points, 1 strike

Werle vs. Zsupanek, Lap 6, Turn 1 and 2
Werle tries to get past Diner, goes slightly sideways and a gap opens for Zsupanek, who get past.
On our replay, there is no contact. Perhaps it is lag/ping related. But Zsupanek cannot be blamed for anything here.
    No action

Cihan vs. Werle, Lap 16, Turn 6
Werle outbrakes himself into turn 6 and hits Cihan. Werle doesn’t take advantage of the situation, so Cihan loses time, but no position.
    Warning - Leandro Werle

    Server 2

Gunay vs. Kenez, Lap 1, Turn 6
Kenez makes a huge dive into turn 6. He doesn’t seem to be fully on the brakes, goes up the inside of Olivetto, hitting Gunay on the apex. Gunay spins as a result.
Gunay gets collected by Yenipazarli, Witvoet and van Roon and loses a massive amount of time.
    Sandor Kenez - 16 points, 2 strikes

Orban vs. van Roon, Lap 2, Turn 14
Van Roon misses the braking point into the hairpin, swerves to avoid Viehweg, loses control and hits Orbán hard, damagin his car.
Fair play to van Roon for waiting afterwards, it was not intentional, but he still caused an incident that has to be penalized.
Frank van Roon - 8 points, 1 strike

Bakonyi vs. Gunay, Lap 5, 2 corners before long straight
Gunay drives into the back of Bakonyi hard and takes the position.
This was quite close to a bigger penalty, but there was not enough evidence
    Sinay Gunay - 8 points, 1 strike

Montgomery vs. B. Toth, Lap 6. Turn 2
Montgomery gives Toth a nudge in turn 2, and gets a nudge back.
    Racing incident

Montgomery vs. B. Toth, Lap 6. Turn 8
Toth goes for a dive on Montgomery, and hits B. Nagy out of the way hard as a result. Montgomery gains a place, but also loses time, therefore the report is valid.
    Barnabas Toth - 8 points, 1 strike

Montgomery vs. Fleury, Lap 11, Turn 3
After Kenez hits Fleury, Fleury hits Kenez out of the way. This would be a penalty, but Montgomery is not involved in the scene at all and therefore it cannot be reported by Montgomery.
    No action
The same applies to 2 other reports, that we will not list separately here.

Montgomery vs. B. Toth, Lap 25, Turn 3-6
Montgomery gets a nudge from Toth again in turn 3. Up to turn 6, Toth tries to take the outside
Montgomery is on a slightly angled path crossing Toth’s line, when Toth brakes late and they make contact with each other. Both lose the place to Nagy.
Both drivers driving equally hard to each other, and only them are losing out equally.
    No action

    Round 9 - Dubai

Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Mike Bell

    Note from race direction:
There are a lot of penalties for running other people off the circuit while passing.
These incidents may not seem like much at first glance, and the penalties may feel harsh, but this is the main catalyst for unfair races, slowdowns and anger on the grid.
We will continue to penalize them this harshly.

    Server 1 Race 1

Cihan vs. Leandro Werle, Lap 1, Exit Turn 9
Werle tries to go in the slipstream of Jarschel and pushes Cihan, who is alongside, off the circuit, who loses several places.
Leandro Werle, 20 points, 1 strike

Leandro Werle vs. Zsupanek, Lap 4, Entry Turn 10
Zsupanek takes a slowdown on the racing line, impeding other drivers. Serving a slowdown on the racing line is strictly forbidden.
Bence Zsupanek, 20 points, 1 strike

Cihan vs. Mukonin, Lap 4, Turn 10
Mukonin brakes late, swerves to avoid Posan and goes off the circuit, but then keeps going straight into traffic, hitting Cihan hard at a 90 degree angle and also blocking Witvoet.
Mukonin doesn’t do this on purpose surely, but he reacts in the wrong way here, by straightening back up off the track and running into the other cars at a 90 degree angle, causing a huge crash.
Pavel Mukonin, 40 points, 2 strikes

Pinczes vs. Jarschel, Lap 12, Turn 1
Jarschel hits Pinczes under braking and takes the position.
Pinczes slightly moves when he touches the brakes, but we think a) that it was too slight and b) Jarschel was on a trajectory to hit Pinczes anyway.
Tim Jarschel, 20 points, 1 strike

    Server 1 Race 2

Bakonyi vs. Sokovikov, Lap 3, Turn 1
Sokovikov hits Bakonyi into a spin out of turn 1. Half penalty, because Bakonyi takes a much more narrow exit line than necessary, trying to slot in behind Diner.
    Kirill Sokovikov, 10 points

Pointeau vs. Szántó / Diner, Lap 3, Turn 10
Diner brakes very late and goes up the inside of Szántó. Szántó, who is also braking late, moves under braking. They make contact and Szántó is pushed into Pointeau., who loses 4 positions. Half penalty for Diner, who contributes by braking too late, full penalty for moving under braking.
    Attila Diner, 10 points
Péter Szántó, 20 points, 1 strike

Barna vs. Cihan, Lap 3, Turn 12
Cihan runs Barna off the track on the exit of turn 12.
Emre Cihan, 20 points, 1 strike

Nagy vs. Jarschel, Lap 8, Turn 14-15
Jarschel tries to go up the inside into turn 14 and nudges Nagy in the back. In turn 15, he is on the outside, drives across Nagy, pushes him over the inside kerb and Nagy gets a slowdown.
Tim Jarschel, 20 points, 1 strike
Tim Jarschel is banned from the race in Suzuka due to reaching 6 strikes.

Barna vs. Cihan, Lap 9, Turn 10
Barna and Cihan make contact in the braking zone. Cihan comes a bit across, but still within the limits.
    Racing incident

    Server 3 Race 2:

Van Roon vs. Kreivi, Lap 8, Turn 14
Kreivi loses control under braking when he attacks van Roon, and spins him around. This move really was not on.
Ville Kreivi, 8 points, 2 strikes

    Strike List:
Kirill Antonov - 6 (Race Ban: Dubai)
Tim Jarschel - 6 (Race Ban: Suzuka)
    Adam Pinczes - 3
    Caryl Vega - 3
    Lucas Werle - 2
    Gianmarco Fiduci - 2

    Round 10 - Suzuka

Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Mike Bell

    Note from race direction:
The racing at the front was really not clean.
But also the behaviour towards each other, the reactions, some really petty reports.
We share the same passion, we race together every week. Please respect each other. The stewards are not kindergarten teachers, and 28 reports cannot be the standard from now on.

    Baldi vs. Bánki, L1 T2
Baldi leaves the door open, and Bánki takes the inside. He pushes himself a little bit through, but at the time of the contact, there is still room for Baldi on the outside. Hard racing, a bit over the line.
Bence Bánki, Warning (for the exit)

    Löhner vs. Banki, L5 T2
Almost the same move as the first report, but this one is a bit harder. Bánki drives into the gap, is way faster entering the corner, being more aggressive from further back, and pushes Löhner. Not quite fair.
    Bence Bánki, 10 points

Fiduci vs. Juhász, L10, Last corner
After a close but fair 130R, Fiduci brakes a tiny bit early into the casio triangle, and Juhász hits him. Awesome save from Fiduci, who manages to keep his place. Juhász’s fault, but he also does a very good job of avoiding further damage. Therefore half penalty.
    Krisztián Juhász, 10 points

    Baldi vs. Keithley, L11, T11
Keithley attacks Baldi into the hairpin. The entrance is aggressive from Keithley, who just gets an overlap at the last moment. Baldi although also brakes on a diagonal line, which narrows the room for Keithley. The exit is not quite okay, as Keithley runs wide and kills Baldi’s momentum with contact. Warning due to Baldi’s line closing the room when Keithley has overlap.
    Jack Keithley, warning

    Günay vs. Zsupanek, L11, T11
Günay brakes on a defensive line into the hairpin, and gets a push from Zsupanek who takes the place. Illegal overtake.
Bence Zsupanek, 20 points, 1 strike

    Keithley vs. Baldi, L13, T1
Baldi drives into the gap aggressively, Keithley closes the door late and very aggressively (aiming towards the grass) when Baldi already has an overlap. They make contact, Keithley gets the place.. It’s hard, but we think that this move was on. Compared to the Bánki scene on L5, Baldi is 10 kph slower.
    Racing incident

Diner vs. Juhász and Witvoet, L13, T8
Juhász brakes too late (again) and hits Diner into the gravel, taking the position.
The situation at the rejoin is unlucky for Diner, but Witvoet is not at fault there.
Krisztián Juhász, 20 points, 1 strike

Baldi vs. Löhner / vice versa, L13, T16-17
Baldi attacks Löhner into the hairpin. This attack from Baldi is actually valid. Löhner does not leave him enough room on the apex, pushing him over the inside. Small incident but not quite fair.
    Moritz Löhner - warning

Keithley vs. Bánki, L13, Last Corner
Bánki attacks Keithley late. It is hard to tell if Bánki can make the corner properly at this closing speed. We think it’s rather unlikely, so that excuses Keithley who turns in when Banki comes to the apex, where they make contact. In the end Keithley keeps the position.
    Bence Bánki - warning

Löhner vs. Baldi, L15 / L19, Last Chicane
On both laps, Baldi tries a move, gets it stopped, doesn’t make contact and stays behind Löhner.
    No incidents
This is how racing should be. Baldi makes an attempt, but he can get it stopped on the apex and does not make contact. Löhner drives with foresight and leaves enough room. The time loss from both is minimal. Why is this reported?

Keithley vs. Bánki, L15, Last Corner
Keithley this time covers the inside, but Bánki still goes for it, too late again, and pushes Keithley off, very wide into a slowdown.
    Bence Bánki - 20 points, 1 strike

    Nagy vs. Bánki, L16, T3
Bánki takes his slowdown penalty on the racing line and costs Nagy time. Such slowdown offenses will always lead to a penalty.
    Bence Bánki - 20 points, 1 strike

Keithley vs. Nagy, L16 to 17, Start-Finish Straight
After he made his defensive move, Nagy comes slightly across Keithley over to the left on the straight. Just about ok. Turn 1 and 2 is fine, normal defensive line from Nagy.
    Racing incident

Keithley vs. Hasse / Nagy vs. Keithley, L17, Hairpin
Nagy takes a defensive line. Keithley turns in a bit early, making contact with Nagy’s car, which is in a slightly awkward position. Then Hasse, who comes in a bit hot, makes contact with Keithley, who gets pushed into Nagy. Bánki overtakes all 3 cars and runs them off on the exit, but he was not even reported. The other drivers do not change places.
On this accident, all drivers are contributing to some degree. Nagy’s defensive line does not lead to a warning though.
Florian Hasse - warning (braking too late)
Jack Keithley - warning (turning in slightly too early)

    Baldi vs. Löhner, L20, T3
Löhner vs. Baldi, L20 out of the esses

Baldi goes for the move in turn 2, it is hard but he gets alongside. Löhner slightly pushes Baldi on the grass, but they stay next to each other for several corners. In the end, Baldi gets the place, going on the throttle while Löhner is alongside but leaving enough room.
Moritz Löhner - warning (turn 3, not leaving enough room)
Apart from this moment, it is actually great touring car racing between Löhner and Baldi on the limit. We do not understand why this has to be reported from both drivers.

Baldi vs. Löhner, Löhner vs. himself, L20 hairpin
Overly ambitious move by Löhner into the hairpin. He does not take advantage of it. Since Baldi’s time loss is minimal, we think a warning would have been justified, but it also would have been Löhner’s 3rd warning in this race, therefore he will get a penalty here.
    Moritz Löhner - 10 points

Löhner vs Baldi L20 spoon corner
Baldi does not accelerate out of spoon to cover the inside, and Löhner loses time. This sort of defending is over the top.
    Gergo Baldi - warning

Löhner vs Baldi L23 130r corner
Löhner has an overlap on Baldi. Baldi turns in anyway and prevents a possible overtake. Not a good place to pass, where it is difficult for the outside car to leave enough room, but still not fair from Baldi who really could have tried at least.
    Gergo Baldi - 10 points

    Keithley vs. Nagy, L26, T1
Keithley this time tries around the outside. Nagy also tries to leave room and hits the kerb and bounces into Keithley, preventing a possible overtake. This is a small incident, but still Nagy is at fault.
    David Nagy - 10 points

Hasse vs. Keithley, L26, Exit Degner 2
Keithley goes side by side with Nagy in Degner 2, has a slow exit and Hasse gets a run. Keithley defends hard by going to the right.
According to the overlap rules, Hasse’s position in relation to Keithley does not count as an overlap since he is not far enough alongside, so it is a hard, but legitimate defending move by Keithley.
    Racing incident

Keithley vs. Nagy / Nagy vs. Keithley, L27, T1
On the run up to turn 1, Nagy is moving towards Keithley and comes across. Then, under braking, Keithley also moves to the other side, they come together and both crash.
Jack Keithley, 20 points, 1 strike
David Nagy, 20 points, 1 strike

Both drivers make the same mistake here - moving under braking - and it leads to bad consequences. In addition, they also both lose even more points due to this penalty. Lesson: Do not move under braking.
Keithley has 3 strikes and 2 further warnings. Next offense will lead to a qualifying ban.

Löhner vs. Baldi and Bánki / Baldi vs. Bánki, L27, T2-T4
In turn 1, Baldi is on the outside and makes contact with Löhner and Bánki. We do not think it really contributes to the incident.
Bánki goes up the inside of Baldi (it’s ok), then pushes Löhner, and then runs Löhner wide on the exit, forcing him off the track. Bánki than pushes again on the exit of turn 4. Illegal pass.
Bence Bánki, 20 points, 1 strike
Bánki has a qualifying ban for Hockenheim due to reaching 4 strikes.

    SERVER 2

Van Roon vs. S. Szoboszlai, Lap 1, Turn 3
Van Roon gets spun by S. Szoboszlai into turn 3. S. Szoboszlai comes across to the right, probably expecting van Roon also to go further to the right, but there is another car, which is why van Roon stays in the middle of the road. Van Roon loses many places. Unlucky incident, but still clearly S. Szoboszlai’s fault.
    Szilveszter Szoboszlai - 8 points, 1 strike

    Strike List:
Kirill Antonov - 6 (Race Ban: Dubai)

    Round 11 - Hockenheim

Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Mike Bell

Steward’s note: Following the decisions from Shanghai and Dubai (vs. Mukonin and Kenez), scenes where drivers crash into other uninvolved cars (cars ahead of the actual battle) hard in the hairpin and spin them lead to a double penalty, unless there are mitigating circumstances.
This race was not fair again, and several drivers are on their final warning before they receive a bigger penalty. All drivers are reminded to keep clean, respect the racing and respect their opponents.

    SERVER 1

    Race 1

Hasse vs. Keithley, directly after the start
Hasse gets a better start. Keithley drives over and pushes him on the straight, killing his momentum. Keithley did exactly the same thing to Hasse last season at the same track.
    Jack Keithley - 10 points

Hasse vs. Keithley, Lap 5, Hairpin
Hasse defends on the long straight. Keithley tries to go for a risky move on the inside, but misjudges it, pushes Hasse and costs him 5 places. This move is really on the edge for a double penalty.
    Jack Keithley - 20 points, 1 strike

Barna vs. Keithley, Lap 6, Hairpin
Keithley, Barna and Pinczes go 3 wide in the hairpin. Barna makes slight contact with Keithley on the entrance, then Keithley does not leave enough room on the exit and pushes his way through. Reduced to half penalty due to the circumstances, but not fair from Keithley.
    Jack Keithley - 10 points

Jarschel vs. Keithley, Lap 5, Hairpin
Keithley locks up into the hairpin and hits Jarschel quite hard. He does not take the position in the end, but still costs Jarschel time.
    Jack Keithley - 10 points

    Race 2

Diner vs. Romanenko, Antonov, Pointeau, Lap 2, Hairpin
Diner gets hit hard by 3 cars in the hairpin.
Pointeau causes this incident by braking too late, then moving under braking into Antonov and then hitting Romanenko.
Antonov also brakes too late (warning for this) but ultimately, it was Pointeau moving into him in the braking zone what contributes to the incident.
Romanenko is innocent in this accident.
    Corentin Pointeau - 40 points, 2 strikes
    Kirill Antonov - warning
Pointeau is 1 strike away from a qualifying ban.

Jarschel vs. Cihan, Lap 4, Hairpin
Cihan brakes too late for the hairpin, enters the corner fully on the inside and spins Jarschel around, who ends up in a very bad position backwards on the racing line.
    Emre Cihan - 40 points, 2 strikes
Cihan is 1 strike away from a qualifying ban.

Nagy vs. Keithley, Lap 8, Hairpin
Keithley brakes far too late for the hairpin and hits Nagy really hard, spinning him around
    Jack Keithley - 40 points, 2 strikes
Keithley has a race ban for Spa-Francorchamps due to reaching 6 strikes.
Keithley is on 9 strikes throughout all RaceRoom competitions. For his next strike, he will receive a one month ban from all RaceRoom competitions.

Steward’s note: Barna did the same thing to Fiduci. He would get the same penalty for sure, but he was not reported.

Pinczes vs. Galakhov, Lap 10, Hairpin
Csuti is ahead of Galakhov in the braking zone. He starts moving just before the braking starts, and comes further to the right.
Galakhov switches back to the left, but it is too late and he loses it under braking, hitting Pinczes.
Good awareness from Pinczes, who straightens up and avoids getting spun like that.
    Alexander Galakhov - 20 points, 1 strike
Zoltan Csuti - warning (moving under braking)
Galakhov is 1 strike away from a qualifying ban.

Keithley vs. Nagy, Lap 10, After Hairpin
Keithley tries to slot into a gap between Csuti and Nagy, but drives across Nagy’s nose, costing him momentum. Unfair driving again from Keithley.
    Jack Keithley - 10 points

    SERVER 2

    Race 1

Toth vs. Häring, Lap 8, Hairpin
Häring brakes too late for the hairpin, avoids two cars but hits Toth hard, costing him 3 places.
    Jannik Häring - 16 points, 2 strikes

Toth vs. Sárosi, Lap 8, Turn 8-10
Two unsafe rejoins from Sárosi. In the first one, it is dangerous but does not cost Toth much. The second one costs Toth time for sure.
When you come from off the track, you have to watch your mirrors!
    Gábor Sárosi - 8 points, 1 strike

Toth vs. Sárosi, Lap 8, Turn 16
Toth passes Sárosi with contact and runs him off the track. This is not a legal pass. Then Sárosi pushes Toth in the next corner. This is a clear revenge move, therefore the penalty is doubled.
    Barnabas Toth - 8 points, 1 strike
    Gábor Sárosi - 16 points, 2 strikes
Sárosi is 1 strike away from a qualifying ban.

Montgomery vs. Bencsik, Lap 12, Hairpin
Montgomery defends his position on the long straight. He goes first to the right side, but then comes back more and more across on Bencsik. Bencsik eventually turns in, but she has to turn in for the corner at some point. From our point of view, Montgomery causes this incident by moving across under braking.
    Racing incident

    Race 2

Montgomery vs. Krouk, Lap 4, Mercedes Tribune
Montgomery slightly moves under braking again, but in this scene, Krouk is turning in way too hard and too early, just accepting the contact and spinning Montgomery, who spins into Barrier (who saves it) and Häring (who spins). Krouk turns in so much that he runs over the grass in the corner on the inside. This is close to wrecking.
    Alexander Krouk - 16 points, 2 strikes
James Montgomery - warning (this movement in the braking zones contributes to the incidents)

Montgomery vs. Krouk, Lap 10, Hairpin to Mercedes Tribune
Krouk outbrakes himself in the hairpin. On the exit of the hairpin, Krouk makes contact with Almeida, and then blocks Montgomery. In the next braking zone, Krouk overshoots again, but avoids contact.
Alexander Krouk - warning (exit hairpin, blocking)

Yenipazarli vs. Krouk, Last Lap, Mercedes Tribune
Krouk brakes on the grass and bumps Yenipazarli off who loses 3 places.
    Alexander Krouk - 8 points, 1 strike
Krouk is 1 strike away from a qualifying ban.

    SERVER 1

Hasse vs. Ulrich, Lap 2, Stavelot
Ulrich hits the back of Hasse and passes him. Illegal overtake.
    Thorsten Ulrich - 20 points, 1 strike

Pointeau vs. Diner, Lap 2, Bus Stop
Pointeau and Diner make contact in the braking zone, Diner loses 1 place, Pointeau loses 3.
In this scene, Pointeau is moving under braking into the path of Diner, which causes the incident. Even if he loses out the most, this is not fair from him.
    Corentin Pointeau - 10 points

Pointeau vs. Hasse, Lap 3, Pouhon
After contact with Antonov, Hasse is sliding and off the racing line, he drives back onto it and blocks Pointeau.
Even if it is not Hasse’s fault that he went sideways, he still has to respect the other cars on the re-entry to the racing line.
    Florian Hasse - 10 points

Jarschel vs. Barna, Lap 8, Bus Stop
Barna taps Jarschel under braking. Jarschel goes off and picks up a slowdown. Small tap, but still an illegal pass.
    Martin Barna - 20 points, 1 strike

Jarschel vs. Ottaviani, Lap 16, Turn 18
Ottaviani outbrakes himself completely into Bus Stop, goes past Gomez and hits Jarschel who is uninvolved in the battle.
Even if Jarschel does not lose a place, we still give a full penalty, since this kind of driving is really not okay.
    Alessandro Ottaviani - 20 points, 1 strike

Pointeau vs. Gunay, Lap 17, before Radillion
Pointeau and Gunay go side by side out of La Source and bang wheels a few times. Just before the corner, Gunay squeezes Pointeau. It is maybe just enough space to fit the car, but it’s not a safe space for racing.
    Warning - Sinan Gunay

Pointeau vs. Witvoet, Lap 17, Bus Stop
Witvoet goes for an outside-inside pass in Bus Stop on Pointeau. The first part is clean, but on the last corner there is contact, both run wide and Witvoet gains the place.
We think that in this case, Pointeau is turning in and is on the throttle. This is pushing Witvoet wide. Of course, Witvoet has to leave space on the exit, but we do not think that with this contact, he has a chance to go more tight. If Pointeau leaves Witvoet more space on the 2nd apex, he can probably keep the position on the exit.
    Racing incident

Pointeau vs. Witvoet, Lap 19, Les Combes
Pointeau and Witvoet make contact in Les Combes.
In this case, Witvoet should have left more room to Pointeau on the 2nd apex.
Pointeau could also have left more room on the turn in for the 1st apex, but the blame here is on Witvoet more, therefore half penalty.
    Luciano Witvoet - 10 points.

Jarschel vs. Barna, Lap 21, Kemmel Straight
Jarschel has a clear overlap on Barna, who pushes him onto the grass and prevents a clear overtaking attempt.
This type of racing will not be tolerated, since there is absolutely no need to do that.
    Martin Barna - 20 points, 1 strike

Cihan vs. Diner, Lap 21, Turn 13 or 14
Diner turns into Cihan on PifPaf, and then keeps pushing Cihan through the corner, off the track and into the wall.
Diner lifts off a bit, but the damage is already done. Close to double penalty.
    Attila Diner - 20 points, 1 strike

Barna vs. Jarschel, Lap 22, Turn 15
Jarschel attacks Barna, and throughout the corner he boosts himself on Barna’s car, overtaking him. Illegal overtake.
    Tim Jarschel - 20 points, 1 strike
Jarschel is one strike away from an exclusion of the championship.

Barna vs. Jarschel, Lap 22, Turn 19-20
Barna attacks Jarschel into Turn 19. It looks like a divebomb, but we think after review, that the move was actually possible and Barna’s braking point was not too late.
On the exit, Jarschel is pushing Barna wide.
Barna himself is contributing to the contact, by turning into Jarschel’s car on turn 20. If he doesn’t accelerate into the side of him, the exit would have been much cleaner.
But still, Jarschel is not trying to leave enough room here and also blocks Barna’s attack.
    Tim Jarschel - 10 points

    SERVER 2

Yenipazarli vs. Almeida, Lap 3, Final Chicane
Almeida takes a strange line in the braking zone, angling towards the outside, and hits Yenipazarli into Nagy, who both lose many places.
    Joao Almeida - 8 points, 1 strike

    SERVER 4

Hohloch vs. Varga, Lap 1, Kemmel Straight
Varga creates a 4 wide situation, taps Hohloch and sends him into a half spin. On the apex he also hits Daniel and pushes him off the track.
If you want to make it 4-wide, you have to do it safely and not like this.
    Csaba Varga - 2 points, 1 strike

Hohloch vs. Vladisavljevic, Lap 1, Kemmel Straight
After the contact with Varga, Hohloch slides into the corner. Vladisavljevic hits him, but the first contact is not his fault. Then, he goes just very slightly onto the throttle, and Hohloch spins.
In this case, Hohloch could have gone more on the throttle and turn in more, to pull his car straight. Still, Vladisavljevic did not take avoiding action.
    Nenad Vladisavljevic - 1 point

Hohloch vs. Piragnolo, Lap 6, Final Chicane
Piragonlo brakes way too late and crashes into Hohloch. Hohloch is lucky to just lose 1 position.
    Davide Piragonolo - 4 points, 2 strikes

Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller / Mike Bell

    Server 1

    Race 1

Diner vs. Farkas, Lap 10, Melco
Balazs Nagy gets stuck on the hairpin on the inside. Diner has to wait behind him, and comes to a full stop.
Farkas drives around the outside of Diner.
In this situation, yes, there are yellow flags in Melco, but it would have been a lot less safe if Farkas would have also stopped his car on the racing line. His option was actually safer as Diner was fully stopped.
    No penalty

    Server 2

    Race 1

    Hohloch vs. B. Toth, Lap 1, T2
Toth goes for a move into T2, but he doesn’t turn in early enough and doesn’t hit the apex, sending Hohloch into the wall and causing a massive crash that involves almost the entire field.
    Barnabas Toth - 16 points, 2 strikes

    Server 3

    Race 1

    Krouk vs. Hekman, L1, T3
Krouk is running a bit wide on T3. Hekman dives on Rossi, and makes it 3 wide. Hekman does not leave enough room on the exit and pushes Rossi, which squeezes Krouk into the wall and Rossi gets spun.
    Thijs Hekman - 4 points, 1 strike

    Berndt vs. Czári, L2, T20
Czári simply passes Berndt in a zone that was clearly communicated as a yellow flag zone. Berndt was just running slightly wide. This is very different to the Diner/Farkas scene, as there was no incident ahead.
    Patrik Czári - 8 points, 2 strikes

Berndt / Krouk vs. Farkas and various other drivers, L4, T3
Dorko tries to pass Farkas, but misjudges it, drives into the wall and immediately gets collected by Farkas.
Farkas immediately goes back on the throttle into upcoming traffic and blocks the road.
Even if it is not Farkas’ fault that he ended up there, that is a very unsafe rejoin.
Dorko also puts it into reverse, but he doesn’t go, and then he presses escape after a few seconds
Then, several cars come into the corner. Most of them stop, slightly hit it or find a gap. But Rossi hits Koch into the back of Hekman.
    Andras Dorko - 4 points, 1 strike
Balazs Farkas - 8 points, 2 strikes (unsafe rejoin)
    Stefano Rossi - 4 points, 1 strike

    Krouk vs. Rossi, L4, T14
Rossi goes for a too risky move on Krouk. There was a tiny gap, but this was not enough space. Krouk gets suspension damage as a result.
    Stefano Rossi - 4 points, 1 strike

    Race 2

Szücs vs. Krouk, Lap 6, Turn 3 - Turn 11
In T3, Szücs goes for an attempt but is quite late, and Krouk slightly turns into him. This can happen.
But on T7. Szücs goes for a massive attack. He is 15 km/h faster at the zebra crossing than the leader Aqeem is. This move is not on.
Krouk however, fully turns into Szücs, not even aiming for the corner.
Then Krouk either has a slowdown that he solves on the racing line or brake checks Szücs.
Krouk is put in a stupid situation here by Szücs, but his response in both scenes is really unfair too.
    Bence Szücs - 4 points, 1 strike
    Alexander Krouk - 4 points, 1 strike

    Berndt vs. many, L7, T17
Smith makes a mistake, crashes into the wall, Dorko cannot avoid and crashes as well. Dorko then tries to get out of the way, and he actually waits for the most part. He reverses in front of Zapp though and blocks him.
Berndt is stuck in an unlucky situation and waits for a long time. But the way the other drivers pass him is more or less fine according to the rules, as they do not cause further accidents.
Note: The ingame yellow flags do not prohibit passing, unless it is explicitly communicated like on Melco hairpin. See $14.1 of the general rulebook.
Andras Dorko - 4 points, 1 strike (reversing)
