    Round 1 - Hockenheim

    Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller, Michael Bell

    Note from Stewards:

This year, we expect cleaner driving than in the past season. The incident limit is active in all rounds. Now contact can have higher consequences than in past seasons, and we expect that the drivers adapt their driving style to a less risky driving style for the next rounds.

    Server 1, Quali

Löhner vs. Juhász, 9:25 in Quali left
Juhasz lets Bánki through in qualifying, but slots in right in front of Löhner, blocking him and in return driving into Bánki, ending his hotlap too.
    Krisztián Juhász - 10 points, 1 strike

    Server 1 Race 1

Juhasz vs. Montgomery, Lap 1, T2/3
Montgomery does not leave enough room for Juhasz on the outside, who loses momentum. Since Montgomery was also pushed by Witvoet, we keep it as half penalty
    James Montgomery - 5 points

Pfeifer vs. Gomez, Lap 1, T12
Gomez divebombs Pfeifer, cannot make the corner, pushes him wide and causes him to lose 2 places.
Juan Manuel Gomez - 10 points, 1 strike

Neg vs. Juhasz, Lap 2, T2
Juhasz goes for a legit overtaking attempt. In fact, Neg closes the door.
    Racing incident

Neg vs. Juhasz, Lap 2, T3
Juhasz goes for a legit overtaking attempt again. On the exit, Juhasz is running Neg slightly wide. Neg can stay within track limits. But it is not nice from Juhasz.
    Krisztián Juhász - warning

Pinczes vs. Juhasz, Lap 3, T2
Juhasz goes for a move on Lu. Werle and absolutely overshoots the corner, crashes into Pinczes and is nowhere near making the apex. Double penalty.
    Krisztián Juhász - 20 points, 2 strikes
Juhász has a qualifying ban for Silverstone. He has to start race 1 from the back.

Neg vs. Juhasz, Lap 3, T8
Juhasz goes for a legit overtaking attempt again, and Neg turns in, not leaving quite enough room.
    Racing incident

Montgomery vs. Diner, Lap 3, Lap 9
Montgomery is on a bad line into T9 on the inside. Diner comes from the outside, does not leave quite enough room and makes contact. Unlike following scenes, Diner does not drive onto the kerb. Montgomery keeps the place but this driving can lead to dangerous scenes.
    Attila Diner - warning

Mukonin vs. Keithley, Lap 3, T11
Keithley passes Mukonin, and makes contact with him in the middle of the corner. Keithley is quite far away from the apex of the corner, but the first contact is already before the apex, therefore it is hard to judge if Keithley really turned in too late.
    Jack Keithley - warning

Neg vs. Rächl, Lap 4 T12
Rächl goes for a late move on Neg, and makes side contact with him to take the place.
After reviewing the speed, we conclude that Rächl was slightly too fast to make a clean move, but it is borderline.
    Michael Rächl - 5 points

Montgomery vs. Zsupanek, Lap 6, Mercedes Arena
Zsupanek turns in with Montgomery on his inside.
Unlike Diner, Zsupanek avoids getting passed and also drives fully onto the kerb, leaving no room for Montgomery at all.
    Bence Zsupanek - 10 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 6, T14
Mukonin has an overlap on Lucas Werle and goes on the inside. Werle does not leave quite enough room through the next corner, which means they make contact and Mukonin goes off. The ping difference contributes to this incident. In the end, we believe Lucas Werle should have left more room to avoid the incident, but it is not on the same level as Zsupanek’s move.
    Lucas Werle - 5 points

Montgomery vs. Witvoet, Lap 7, Final 2 Corners
Witvoet goes for an aggressive overtaking attempt against Montgomery. The first attempt, you could say it is ok, but Witvoet keeps pushing Montgomery, squeezing himself through and forcing him wide on the exit.
    Luciano Witvoet - 10 points, 1 strike

Montgomery vs. Witvoet, Lap 10, Final 2 Corners
Witvoet tries the same move again, but this time backs out after sending Montgomery into a small slide.
    Luciano Witvoet - warning

    Server 1 Race 2

Löhner vs. Csuti, Lap 2, T2
Csuti goes for a pass on Löhner, but overshoots and blocks him on the exit.
    Zoltan Csuti - 10 points, 1 strike

Rächl vs. Zsupanek, Lap 2, T8
Zsupanek brakes too late, hits Rächl and takes the position.
    Bence Zsupanek - 10 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Pfeifer, Lap 2, T10
Mukonin has an overlap, and Pfeifer does not leave enough room, taking the kerb, squeezing Mukonin and taking the position.
This penalty may seem harsh, but Mukonin never lost the overlap and Pfeifer has to give him room.
    Max Pfeifer - 10 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 3, T2
Diner, Le. Werle and Kraemer are fighting hard behind Mukonin. Diner goes for a move on the inside, while Werle turns in, squeezing Kraemer in the middle. Mukonin gets a push, but loses no position.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Montgomery, Lap 3, T6
Montgomery is in a battle in the hairpin and switches his line quite late, blocking Pfeifer. Behind them, Mukonin, Diner, Werle and Kraemer all take a quali braking point and enter the corner too hot, when there are clearly cars infront, contributing to contact.
    James Montgomery - warning
    Pavel Mukonin - warning
    Attila Diner - warning
    Leandro Werle - warning
    Nico Kraemer - warning

Juhasz vs. Löhner, Lap 3, T10
Juhász turns into Löhner in T9, who is on the inside. The contact is before the kerb, it’s hard to tell if Löhner would have had room on the inside or not. Therefore, we judge the first incident as racing incident.
After the first touch, Löhner bounces off, regains control and runs Juhász wide. Even if he may feel like the initial contact was Juhász's fault, such moves are not ok.
    Moritz Löhner - 10 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 4, Turn 2
    Absolutely nothing.
    No incident.

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 4, Turn 6
Diner brakes 30 metres too early for the corner, causing a very dangerous situation and costing Mukonin a place to Kraemer.
    Attila Diner - 10 points, 1 strike

Pinczes vs. Witvoet, Lap 4, T9-10
Pinczes is on the inside of Witvoet, and Witvoet turns in. Despite the contact, Witvoet is still going over the kerb. Witvoet has to leave more room.
    Luciano Witvoet - 10 points, 1 strike

Montgomery vs. Kraemer, Lap 6, Mercedes Arena
Montgomery tries to pass Kraemer, he is not 100% on the apex and makes slight contact, while Kraemer gives just about enough room.
    Racing incident.

Fiduci vs. Banki, Lap 9, T12
Bánki goes up the inside of Fiduci. We believe, it is a legit attempt. Fiduci turns into Bánki, when he is on the inside, making contact. Then, Bánki pushes through the corner past Fiduci. Both drivers are driving equally hard in this scene and make unnecessary contact.
    Gianmarco Fiduci - warning
    Bence Bánki - warning

Hasse vs. Csuti, Lap 10, T8
Csuti has a slowdown from T1. On the exit of T8, he takes the slowdown. He is slightly off the racing line, but Hasse still touches him and gets blocked.
We think, Csuti is trying to take the slowdown off the racing line, especially since he was constantly drafted before on the lap and had few opportunities to do so. But he still can move a bit further off next time.
    Zoltan Csuti - warning

Fiduci vs. Banki, Lap 10, T15
Bánki makes an aggressive attempt unnecessary contact with Fiduci, he cannot make a move stick from this place and costs Fiduci time.
    Bence Bánki - 5 points

Montgomery vs. Kraemer, Lap 13, Mercedes Arena
Montgomery makes a pass on Kraemer. Clean move. Kraemer makes contact on the apex, which is really unnecessary by him. He can just give room instead. Montgomery loses no time though.
    Nico Kraemer - warning

    Server 2, Quali

Orban vs. Chung, Qualifying, 8 min left
Chung stops on the racing line after his hotlap and blocks Orban. This is completely unnecessary. Chung could have just driven 20 metres further into the run off.
    Jactin Chung - 4 points, 1 strike

Markovic vs. Chung, Lap 13, T6
Markovic closes the outside line right infront of Chung, and gets a tap into the braking zone.
    Racing incident

    Server 2, Race 1

Markovic vs. Vermeylen, Lap 8, Hairpin
Markovic makes a mistake in the hairpin. He comes back, but is not fully on the outside. Vermeylen exits the corner, and they make contact. Vermeylen could have given more room, but it’s a difficult scene for him, since Markovic made a mistake and enters at a strange angle.
    Axel Vermeylen - warning

    Server 2, Race 2

Orakci vs. Guibbert vs. Sokovikov (vs. Chung), Lap 1, Hairpin
Chung hits Guibbert into Sokovikov, into Orakci, which causes big contact. Then, on the apex he spins around Guibbert (he keeps pushing him), which causes way more chaos down the order and blocks Markovic.
    Jactin Chung - 8 points, 2 strikes

Mackenberg vs. Mok, Lap 2, T6
Mok brakes too late for the hairpin, hits Guibbert into a spin and blocks Mackenberg. Mok is way off the apex. The other cars are not even on the apex, but he still hits them.
    Jason Mok - 8 points, 2 strikes

Mackenberg vs. Sagodi, Lap 3, T5
Mackenberg goes past Sagodi. Sagodi maybe is slow, but Mackenberg can pass him safely.
    No incident

Mackenberg vs. Salo, Lap 3, T6
Mackenberg gets passed by Adamczyk on the hairpin, and takes a very narrow line on the exit. That contact with Salo is on him.
    Racing incident

Mackenberg vs. Salo, Lap 3, T8
Salo locks up and pushes off Mackenberg. Very close to double penalty.
    Rasmus Salo - 4 points, 1 strike

Nemes vs. Chung, Lap 4, T2
Chung turns into the rear of Markovic, and completely cuts of Nemes on the inside.
    Jactin Chung - 4 points, 1 strike
Chung has a qualifying ban for Silverstone. He has to start race 1 from the back.

Nemes vs. Markovic, Lap 4, T11
Markovic turns in with Nemes on his inside, almost putting him into the wall
    Matija Markovic - 4 points, 1 strike

    Server 5, Race 1

Joni vs. Sky, Lap 4, Hairpin
Sky completely outbrakes himself into the hairpin and hits Joni. Double penalty.
    Lai Sky - 2 points, 2 strikes

    Server 5, Race 2

Joni vs. Vladisavljevic, Lap 1, T7
Vladisavljevic is ahead of Joni into Turn 7 and turns into the corner, sending Joni wide.
Based on our footage, it is not possible to tell clearly if Joni had enough of an overlap. But Vladisavljevic should still be careful.
    Nenad Vladisavljevic - warning

Joni vs. Berndt, Lap 4, T12
In this scene, the video footage does not show the reason, why Berndt is on the grass.
    Can not be judged.
Please send a replay file next time!

    Regarding the incident limit:
Last season, the standard of driving was just far too aggressive. And it was just bad, for the spectators, for the drivers as well. Especially on the lower servers, there were really few reports too, it mostly concentrated on server one. It got to a point where we were uncertain if it makes any sense to run a new season.

Now, people are collecting incidents for these moves and increase their danger of having direct consequences.
Of course, it will take some time until people have fully understood this on Esports, so the effects on driving are not immediate.
We use this on Ranked Multiplayer for one year now, where it has established itself, and at least people at the front drive accordingly.

Sometimes, there will be "innocent" victims of this system. That is sad, but unfortunately I believe, it is a necessary evil. And the criticism coming from those drivers is understandable.
It's like damage model. If someone crashes you, you are out. But the drivers also risk themselves to damage their own car.
And therefore, we are committed to use this system for this season, even if it will have some consequences. But without giving it the time, we cannot see the outcome.

After reviewing the first race though, we will go with the following changes:
    - The rule, that you automatically get one additional strike when you reach the incident limit, is not enforced (also not for the first race).
    - The incident limit will be increased for Macau.

    Round 2 - Silverstone

    Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller, Michael Bell

    Server 1 Race 1

Jarschel vs. Zsupanek, Lap 1, Turn 3
Jarschel is too late under braking, hits Pliska and blocks Zsupanek. Single penalty, since there is slight contact with Keithley and Jarschel in the braking zone.
    Tim Jarschel - 10 points, 1 strike

Pliska vs. Diner, Lap 1, Turn 6
Diner runs Baldi off the track in turn 5, and then hits the back of Pliska, sending him into a slide. Pliska can keep the place.
Baldi also hits Diner, but the hit does not affect Pliska. Same for Löhner/Werle. These scenes were not reported.
    Attila Diner - 5 points

Le. Werle vs. Ottaviani, Lap 5, Turn 6
Ottaviani tries to go for the move on Werle, hits him and spins him out. Werle slightly moves under defending, therefore single penalty.
    Alessandro Ottaviani - 10 points, 1 strike

Gomez vs. Keithley, Lap 6, Turn 4
Keithley is defending against Zsupanek. Keithley gives very very little room and once opens the steering. He gets a push from Zsupanek then, hits Gomez and takes the place from Gomez. Both Keithley and Zsupanek are too aggressive here and it causes an innocent driver to lose a place.
    Jack Keithley - 5 points
    Bence Zsupanek - 5 points

Juhász vs. Mukonin, Lap 7, Turn 4
Mukonin tries to go past Witvoet, and hits Juhász, costing him time. Same like with Diner.
    Pavel Mukonin - 5 points

Mukonin vs. Witvoet, Lap 7, Turn 15
Witvoet goes up the inside of Mukonin. We believe, it is a legit attempt. Mukonin turns into Witvoet, when he is on the inside, making contact. Then, Witvoet pushes through the corner past Mukonin. Both drivers are driving equally hard in this scene and make unnecessary contact. Compare with Fiduci/Bánki last race.
    Pavel Mukonin - warning
    Luciano Witvoet - warning

Mukonin vs. Baldi, Lap 7, Turn 16
Baldi uses Witvoet’s car to get it stopped, while passing Mukonin. Baldi is far away from the apex. Illegal pass.
    Gergo Baldi - 10 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Baldi, Lap 8, Turn 5
Mukonin tries to get on the inside of Baldi for the kink leading to the straight. In our opinion, he does not have a sufficient overlap.
    Racing incident.

Diner vs. Salo, Lap 11, Turn 4
Diner leaves the door open against Salo, who goes for a risky move on the inside. After review, we think that Salo can make the corner and it is a legit overtake.
    No action

Tóth vs. Gomez, Lap 12, Turn 4 to 6
Gomez drives into the side of Tóth, opening the door. Then he pushes through the corner and gains the place.
Tóth’s move on the next corner is not reported, but if it was, it would also be a penalty.
Juan Manuel Gomez - 10 points, 1 strike

    Server 1 Race 2

Csuti vs. Bánki, Lap 1, Turn 2
Bánki turns into Csuti on turn 2, pushes Csuti over the anticut and his suspension brakes. Just a slight movement but bad consequences.
    Bence Bánki - 10 points, 1 strike

Lucas Werle, Pliska, Salo, Witvoet all against each other, Lap 2, Turn 3 and 4
Witvoet passes Lucas Werle, and leaves very little space. Werle then goes into the back of Witvoet sending him into a slide.
Salo goes for a pass on the inside. We believe he can make it stick.
Werle turns into Salo, which sends him into Pliska who spins.
    Lucas Werle - 10 points, 1 strike
Luciano Witvoet - warning (not leaving enough space on)

Zsupanek vs. Antonov, Lap 7, Turn 4
Keithley rubs with Antonov in turn 3. Antonov tries to go for a move, and uses Zsupanek as a brake. But the contact with Keithley before has to be factored in. Zsupanek keeps the place.
    Jack Keithley - warning
    Kirill Antonov - warning

Mukonin vs. Gomez, Lap 12, Turn 18
Gomez turns into the final corner when Mukonin is on the inside of him.
Juan Manuel Gomez - 10 points, 1 strike
Gomez has to leave space for other cars around him. This sort of driving is not acceptable, and we see it repeated throughout the race. He has a qualifying ban for Nordschleife.

    Server 2 Race 1

Mackenberg vs. Dénes, Lap 1, Turn 6
Dénes tries to squeeze between Mackenberg and Venieri, turns into Mackenberg and sends him into a massive slide.
    Ferenc Dénes - 4 points, 1 strike

Vermeylen vs. Nándori, Lap 8, Turn 16-17
Nándori rolls over the kerb. He lands, rolls onto the track. Cars are going past behind him. He slightly accelerates when Vermeylen is coming up on the inside, who is the first car to go on the inside. Vermeylen hits Nándori, who gets pushed into Tirelli.
Vermeylen himself is not careful here, he has a car right in front of him and yellow flags and chooses to go on the inside. There is no moment, in which there would have been enough space for him to fit through. Half penalty for both drivers.
    Axel Vermeylen - 2 points
    Márk Nándori - 2 points

    Server 2 Race 2

Sokovikov vs. Montgomery, Lap 2, Turn 8
Sokovikov has an overlap on Montgomery, who squeezes him into the wall.
    James Montgomery - 4 points, 1 strike

Farkas vs. Chung, Lap 2, Turn 6
Chung is late on the brakes and hits Farkas off the track. Farkas is slightly turning, but he is following the racing line.
Farkas makes unnecessary contact with Kraemer on the rejoin.
    Jactin Chung - 4 points, 1 strike
    Bence Farkas - warning (rejoin)

Farkas vs. Chung, Lap 7, Turn 11
Chung gets DQd by the incident limit and deliberately drives into Farkas full speed, crashing him.
Jactin Chung - DQ from the championship, 8 strikes
Due to reaching 13 Strikes total, Jactin Chung is banned for 2021 from all RaceRoom Competitions that follow the General Competition rules. Such driving has no place here.

    Server 3 Race 1

Mok vs. Reeh, Lap 6, Turn 15
Mok has understeer in Copse Corner, and has contact with Reeh. We believe, it is not Reeh’s fault. The following pass from Reeh is clean.
    Racing incident

    Server 3 Race 2

Mok vs. Kihlman, Lap 1, Turn 4
Kihlman is coming from way back, tries to pass Sárosi and hits Mok out of the way. Double penalty. Way too aggressive on lap 1.
    Philip Kihlman - 6 points, 2 strikes

Blöcker vs. Sárosi, Lap 6, Turn 12
Sárosi drives into the back of Blöcker, unsettles him and Blöcker loses many places. You can see Sárosi is trying to brake after the initial contact, so it was not on purpose, but it is too late.
    Gábor Sárosi - 3 points, 1 strike

    Strikes:
    Jactin Chung - 13
Krisztián Juhász - 3 (Quali Ban: Silverstone)
Juan Manuel Gomez - 3 (Quali Ban: Nordschleife)
    Bence Zsupanek - 2
    Luciano Witvoet - 2
    Jason Mok - 2
    Lai Sky - 2

    Server 1

Diner vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 1, Antoniusbuche
Werle cuts off Diner on the fast corner on the long straight, and Diner goes into the wall.
    Lucas Werle - 10 points, 1 strike

    Server 2

Tirelli vs. Krouk, Lap 1, Bitkurve

Tirelli cuts off Krouk on the entrance of the corner. Krouk gets a slide, but gets his car back under control. Krouk then runs off Tirelli on the exit. Not fair driving from either driver, Krouk’s move was worse, but they also only affect each other.
    Fabio Tirelli - warning
    Alexander Krouk - 2 points

Tirelli vs. Reynard, Lap 1, Antoniusbuche
Reynard cuts off Tirelli on the fast corner on the long straight, and Tirelli goes into the wall.
Jean Yves Reynard - 4 points, 1 strike

    Server 3

Van Roon vs. Blöcker, Lap 1, Exit Karussell
Blöcker goes wide in the Karussell. On the exit, van Roon comes up next to him. The first contact is fine, but the 2nd time Blöcker does not leave enough room to van Roon, runs him off the track and keeps the place like this.
    Joyce Blöcker - 2 points

Nick Schmenk vs. Daniel Sagodi, Lap 7, Turn 5
Schmenk brakes too late and hits Sagodi. Schmenk is not holding his line. Not sure why he reported this, it is a penalty for himself
    Nick Schmenk - 3 points, 1 strike

Nick Schmenk vs. Daniel Sagodi, Lap 7, Turn 11/12
Sagodi bumps Schmenk who runs wide and misses the chicane, losing places.
    Daniel Sagodi - 3 points, 1 strike

    Server 4

Berka vs. Schulze, Lap 6, Hohenrain/Tiergarten
Schulze is standing in a 90 degree angle to the track. When Berka approaches, he reverses into him. Very unsafe rejoin, double penalty.
Berka could be more careful in this scene too, since yellow flags show. Doe is handling it better.
    Gerd Schulze - 4 points, 2 strikes

    Nenad Vladisavljevic vs. RaceRoom, Pitstop
It’s not possible to report RaceRoom. But the pitstops have been brought to the attention of the developers.

    Round 4 - Motorland Aragón

    Stewards: Robert Wiesenmüller, Michael Bell

    Server 1

    Race 1

Antonov vs. Hasse, Lap 2, T16
Hasse moves under braking and pushes Antonov wide, which allows Ottaviani to gain a place on Antonov. It’s a slight contact and it may seem harsh, but moving under braking is not permitted and it clearly leads to Antonov’s position loss.
    Florian Hasse - 10 points, 1 strike

Ottaviani vs. Antonov, Lap 3, T1
Antonov turns into Ottaviani, and costs him the position. Antonov drives on the kerb after the contact, clearly not leaving enough space.
    Kirill Antonov - 10 points, 1 strike

Antonov vs. Ottaviani, Lap 3, T16
Ottaviani is behind Antonov into the hairpin, has a big gap on the inside, but then slots back in behind Antonov and hits him. Antonovs braking point is normal. Ottaviani's speed approaching is not too high, but he makes the wrong decision slotting back in behind Antonov. Antonov then loses a lot of time, since Bánki, Werle, Pinczes and Fiduci also go in very hot into the corner, and drive into the back of each other.
    Alessandro Ottaviani - 5 points
    Bence Bánki - warning
    Lucas Werle - warning
    Adam Pinczes - warning
    Gianmarco Fiduci - warning

Lucas Werle vs. Fiduci, Lap 3, T16
Werle is trying to take the inside line on the exit of the corner, which blocks Fiduci. If he stays on the outside on his line behind Bánki, nothing will happen.
Fiduci himself gets pushed by Vermeylen, who gets pushed by Rächl himself.
    Racing incident

    Race 2

Gomez vs. Pinczes, Lap 1, T18
On our replay, Pinczes and Gomez are going side by side fine, until Gomez just goes wide. Probably lag-based incident, but not Pinczes’ fault
    Racing incident

Montgomery vs. Sokovikov, Lap 2, T4-5
Legitimate attempt from Sokovikov who goes for the gap. Montgomery turns in slightly, which causes him to get incident points, which is unfortunate, but Sokovikov cannot be blamed here.
    Racing incident

Montgomery vs. various drivers, Lap 3, T16
There are many drivers close to each other coming up to the hairpin. They all sort themselves out more or less, but Neg goes for a risky move on the inside and slightly misses the apex, while he sees all of this infront of him, making contact with Sokovikov, and triggering several collisions. Neg’s move is not so bad in itself, but when he sees so many cars in front of him, he can be more careful.
    Mihai Neg, 5 points

Gomez vs. Antonov, Lap 5, T3
Antonov goes for a pass in turn 3. Gomez is leaving him enough room, but Antonov still hits him slightly, which sends Gomez wide and allows Antonov another passing opportunity in the next corner. Overall Gomez loses quite some time.
    Kirill Antonov, 5 points

Gomez vs. Antonov, Lap 5, T16
Antonov goes for a pass in the hairpin. The attempt is fine since Gomez left room. But Antonov cannot stop at the apex, blocks Gomez and takes the place against Gomez, while Keithley passes them both. If you go for such a move, you have to be able to hold your line.
Kirill Antonov, 10 points, 1 strike

Montgomery vs. Witvoet, Lap 7, T3-5
Witvoet and Montgomery go side by side out of T1 fairly. In turn 3, Montgomery is fully on the inside, and Witvoet still hits him, causing a dangerous situation. In turn 4, Witvoet slightly loses control under braking, and slides into Montgomery. It’s a mistake for sure, but he still takes advantage from it. Overall full penalty.
Luciano Witvoet, 10 points, 1 strike
Witvoet has a qualifying ban for Spa-Francorchamps. He has to stay in the pitlane during qualifying, and start race 1 from the back.

Diner vs. Guibbert, Lap 7, T15
Guibbert goes for a move on Diner into T15, which is legitimate and he has an overlap. Diner turns into the corner as if Guibbert is not there, so he initiates the contact. Guibbert pushes back Diner on the exit, but as Diner started the contact in this corner, we view it as a racing incident.
    Racing incident

Gomez vs. Pliska, Lap 8, T16
Coming up to the hairpin, Gomez makes it clear that he defends the inside. Pliska is trying to fit in the gap. You can see that he first slightly goes over the white line, but then comes back towards Gomez, hits Gomez and he goes wide. This move was not on.
Petr Pliska, 10 points, 1 strike

Leonardo Pupo, 4 points, 1 strike

Ziefle vs. Pointeau, Lap 2, T16
Pointeau brakes too late for the hairpin while trying to pass Tirelli, and hits Ziefle, the next car ahead. Pointeau was faster than drivers in Server 1 who had clean air coming up in the braking zone.
Corentin Pointeau, 8 points, 2 strikes

Van Roon vs. Quinteros, Lap 5, T16
Quinteros brakes far too late for the hairpin, causing a big incident.
Quinteros was faster than drivers in Server 1 who had clean air coming up in the braking zone.
Agustin Quinteros, 8 points, 2 strikes

Pointeau vs. Tirelli, Lap 8, T12
Tirelli brakes far too late and smashes into Pointeau, causing a big incident.
Pointeau and Pupo then make contact off the track, which is a strange incident. Pupo is running wide in the corner himself. Pointeau is coming across Pupo, but at this stage they are both far outside the track, so it’s not an unsafe rejoin. Pupo tries to avoid it too. In the end they both make contact and crash into Szücs though.
Fabio Tirelli, 8 points, 2 strikes
    Corentin Pointeau, warning
    Leonardo Pupo, warning

    Race 2

Gunay vs. Kihlman, Lap 3, T16
Kihlman hits Gunay in the hairpin, is nowhere near the apex and causes him to lose 2 places. Kihlman is faster on the inside line with cars ahead, than Hasse was in server 1 in clean air. Gunay also leaves space on the corner and still gets hit. Poor move.
Philip Kihlman, 8 points, 2 strikes
Kihlman has a qualifying ban for Spa-Francorchamps. He has to stay in the pitlane during qualifying, and start race 1 from the back.

Popov vs. Mukonin, Lap 5, T7
Mukonin tries a move in T7. The gap is open, but Mukonin locks up in the corner and pushes Popov off.
Pavel Mukonin, 4 points, 1 strike

Gunay vs. Quinteros, Lap 9, T8
Gunay and Quinteros go side by side into turn 8. Quinteros leaves enough space, and then Gunay turns in slightly into Quinteros, which sends Quinteros into a wiggle and pushes Gunay out wide, who loses a place to Pointeau. Contact was initiated by Gunay though.
    Racing incident

Gunay vs. Santaguida, Lap 9, T12
Gunay and Santaguida are coming into the corner side by side. Gunay keeps driving further to the right, until he is on the kerb himself and Santaguida is fully on the kerb and anticut. They make contact and Gunay crashes out of the race. But Gunay himself has to leave more space here, he is not leaving Santaguida the necessary room.

Yann Courtois, 3 points, 1 strike

Sagodi vs. Balázs Farkas, Lap 9, T3

    Racing incident

Pinna vs. Daniel, Lap 2, T4
Daniel tries to go up the inside of Pinna, but misjudges it and hits Pinna off. The move from Daniel was very risky and Pinna loses a lot of places. If you take a big risk, you can risk a big penalty.
Petr Daniel, 6 points, 2 strikes

Sagodi vs. Schmenk, Lap 2, T15
Report denied. Sagodi claims that a small touch causes suspension damage, but this is not true.

Sagodi vs. Schmenk, Lap 7, T3
    Nothing happens at this scene.

Hohloch vs. Fuchs, Lap 1, T15
Fuchs goes for a legit attempt and has an overlap on the inside. Hohloch turns into the corner as if Fuchs was not there, makes contact and loses the place.
    Racing incident

Hohloch vs. Fuchs, Lap 1, T16
Dodgy driving from Fuchs. First he defends with small line changes when Hohloch is behind him on the straight, blocking him. Then Fuchs tries to pass him on the outside, and Fuchs releases the brake on the apex and pushes him wide.
Christophe Fuchs, 2 points, 1 strike

Hohloch vs. Aqeem, Lap 2, T15
Hohloch turns into Aqeem in this scene and prevents a legitmate pass from Aqeem, who had an overlap. Hohloch even hits the kerb.
Marcel Hohloch, 2 points, 1 strike

Hohloch vs. Aqeem, Lap 3, T5
Aqeem goes for a risky move on Hohloch, who leaves the door open. They make contact on the apex, as Hohloch closes the door when Aqeem is alongside him. Hohloch gets pushed wide on the exit, but he initiated the contact himself on the apex.
    Racing incident

    Race 2

Hohloch vs. Fuchs, Lap 1, T16
Fuchs goes in a bit hot into the hairpin and makes contact with Hohloch who keeps the place.
    Christophe Fuchs, warning

Hohloch vs. Savarese, Lap 2, T15
Same scene like in the previous race, but Hohloch does not turn in so much this time.
    Racing incident
For Marcel from 12.4 General Competition Rules: Blocking a car that has an overlap is not allowed. An overlap is defined that the front of the attacker's car is at least next to the rear tyres of the defender's car.

Hohloch vs. Fuchs, Lap 3, T7
Fuchs goes for an attempt, which is a bit unnecessary. Hohloch turns in when Fuchs is on the inside and they make contact on the apex. 50-50.

    Race 1

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 1, T1

Into turn 1, Mukonin is slightly blocked by Zsupanek. Diner closes up and makes contact with him. Mukonin also takes a very narrow line in the hairpin, which causes more contact with Pliska.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 1, T10
Diner pushes Mukonin a few times through the corner. A bit aggressive driving.
    Attila Diner - warning

Witvoet vs. Salo, Lap 1, T13-14
Witvoet goes for a late pass on Salo. We don’t think Witvoet can make a pass here anyway. But Salo’s defense is not fair.
    Rasmus Salo - warning

Mukonin vs. Diner / Barna vs. Mukonin, Lap 1, T19-20
Diner makes contact with Mukonin again. But Mukonin also makes contact with Barna. While Barna also goes for a late switch on Zsupanek. All 3 drivers miss the apex of turn 19 and push too hard here.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 2, T1
Diner makes an attempt into turn 1, hits Mukonin. Diner is too aggressive, there is no chance he can hit the apex cleanly.
    Attila Diner - warning

Witvoet vs. Santaguida, Lap 2, T19
Santaguida moves under braking. But Witvoet brakes in a way that his car is unsettled and misses the apex too. If he braked normally, he would not be in this position. Both drivers push Venieri as a result. Therefore just a warning for Santaguida
    Francesco Santaguida - warning

Barna vs. Mukonin, Lap 3, before turn 1
    Absolutely nothing.
    No action

Barna vs. Mukonin, Lap 3, after turn 1

    No action

Barna vs. Mukonin, Lap 5, after turn 1
Mukonin crosses the line of Barna and blocks him.
    Pavel Mukonin - warning

Mukonin vs. Pliska, Lap 5, T19-20
Ottaviani turns into Zsupanek, and then moves hard to the right and makes contact with Barna. It causes a traffic jam. Pliska hits Mukonin, but he has no chance to react.
    Alessandro Ottaviani - Warning

Barna vs. Mukonin, Lap 6, turn 1
    Nothing happens here.
    No action

Barna vs. Mukonin, Lap 6, turn 7
Slight contact from Mukonin but not enough for a warning.
    Racing incident

Pliska vs. Barna, Lap 7, Turn 8
Pliska on the outside into Les Combes. Barna creeps over to his side and leaves less and less room, but enough for Pliska to survive. Pliska then turns in, in our opinion too early. He even hits the kerb on the inside, with Barna full inside of him. Barna then goes on the throttle, on the one hand to catch his car, but it also pushes Pliska into a spin. Pliska crashes hard as a result. We think Pliska is not innocent here and causes the initial contact himself. But Barna also has to be more careful, even if the initial contact is not his fault.
    Petr Pliska - warning
    Martin Barna - 5 points

Barna vs. Fiduci, Last Lap, Last Corner
Very unsportsmanlike behaviour from Fiduci, he slows down infront of Barna and even brakes on the straight to allow Gomez to take pole position for the next race.
    Gianmarco Fiduci - 20 points, 2 strikes

    Race 2

Markovic vs. Gomez, Lap 1, T10

Markovic passes Gomez exactly the same way as he gets passed back by Gomez.
    Racing incident

Pfeifer vs. Barna, Lap 1, T10
Barna squeezes Pfeifer on the exit. Pfeifer can stay on the track but it is not clean from Barna.
    Martin Barna - warning

Markovic vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 2, Turn 1
Werle goes for a dive on Markovic. We think it can work clean. But Barna touches him and pushes him into Markovic.
    Martin Barna - warning

Markovic vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 2, Turn 18
Werle is a bit undecisive in the braking zone. Barna is behind, goes to the left and Rächl pushes him. Werle is too far away from the apex though, so we think in this case, he is causing the contact.
We don’t think the contact with Hasse causes an incident.
In the next corner, Werle pushes Markovic again. Not the worst contact, but still 2x contact by Werle which is unnecessary.
    Lucas Werle - 5 points

Mukonin vs. Santaguida, Lap 8, Turn 8
Mukonin defends his place, Santaguida makes a dive which is never going to work and makes contact with Mukonin. Unnecessary contact and time loss.
    Francesco Santaguida - 5 points

Diner vs. Mukonin, Lap 8, Bus Stop
Mukonin brakes too late and hits Diner, costing him a position.
    Pavel Mukonin - 10 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Diner, Lap 9, Bus Stop
Diner makes unnecessary contact with Mukonin, but Mukonin still gains the place.

    Attila Diner - 10 points, 1 strike

Pfeifer vs. Salo, Lap 10, T19

    Racing incident

    Race 2

Ziefle vs. van Roon, Lap 1, Turn 1

Ziefle goes for a pass into turn 1. Van Roon is braking quite early. Ziefle goes for a very aggressive move, we think the braking point is too late to make a clean pass (compared to B. Szoboszlai’s braking point, who has the outside line). In the end he has the disadvantage himself.
    Racing incident

Orban vs. Tirelli, Lap 3, T19
Tirelli tries to pass Pinna but hits Orbán, the next car in line, into a spin.
    Fabio Tirelli - 8 points, 2 strikes

    Paul Faustino - 2 points, 1 strike

Gunay vs. Vermeylen, Lap 2, T1
Vermeylen brakes too late and hits Gunay who loses a place. Vermeylen crashes himself as a result, but since he also cost Gunay a place, we still have to give him a penalty.
    Axel Vermeylen - 10 points, 1 strike

Lucas Werle vs. Salo, Lap 4, T6-7
Salo takes a slowdown on the racing line with cars behind him. That will always lead to a penalty.
    Rasmus Salo - 10 points, 1 strike

Balint Szoboszlai vs. Gomez, Lap 6, T2
Gomez attacks Szoboszlai. He cannot hold the apex line, and therefore sends Szoboszlai wide. Therefore it is a penalty.
Juan Manuel Gomez - 10 points, 1 strike

Pliska vs. Gomez, Lap 9, T2
Gomez is turning into the corner when Pliska is there, hits his car, which sends him wide, and costs Pliska 2 places as a result.
Juan Manuel Gomez - 10 points, 1 strike
Gomez has a race ban for Nürburgring. He is not allowed to participate in the race.

Pfeifer vs. Zsupanek, Lap 11, T1
Zsupanek doesn’t leave enough room to Pfeifer on the exit who has a clear overlap. It is not preventing a clear pass, but it is not fair.
    Bence Zsupanek - 5 points

    Race 2

Pfeifer vs. Zsupanek, Lap 1, T3

Zsupanek turns in when Pfeifer has an overlap on the inside. This time there is no excuse, Zsupanek even touches the grass on the inside while Pfeifer is still alongside.
    Bence Zsupanek - 10 points, 1 strike
Zsupanek has a qualifying ban for Nürburgring. He has to stay in the pitlane during qualifying, and start race 1 from the back.

Lucas Werle vs. Balint Szoboszlai, Lap 8, T2
Szoboszlai tries to slot in behind Witvoet and cuts off Lucas Werle as a result.
    Balint Szoboszlai - 5 points

Antonov vs. Zsupanek, Lap 10 - 12, Start finish straight
Zsupanek is moving towards the inside of the straight in a strange way 3 laps.
On Lap 10 and 11, we think it still counts as one defensive move.
On Lap 12, he is moving too much.
    Bence Zsupanek - warning

Antonov vs. Hasse, Lap 12 AND Lap 13, T6-7
On lap 12, Hasse and Antonov go side by side into the chicane. It is Antonov who causes contact first by turning into the side of Hasse. Hasse then goes through the chicane leaving Antonov not much space. But since Antonov started the contact himself, no penalty.
On lap 13 it is more difficult. Antonov is really trying to leave Hasse enough room, and touches him twice very small. Hasse then also touches Antonov on the exit and keeps the place as Antonov runs onto the grass. We think Hasse could have done more here to leave Antonov more room, but with the contact before, it’s not enough for a penalty.
Florian Hasse - warning (lap 13)

    Quali

    Race direction vs. Tirelli
Tirelli doesn’t take his qualifying ban.
He says he misinterpreted the penalty, by thinking his car would be automatically placed on the back of the grid. But 1) it is explicitly stated, that you cannot drive out in quali and 2) he starts in his grid place, so if he knows he did something wrong, why doesn’t he drop back or start from pits?
Fabio Tirelli - DQ from the event, 2 strikes
Tirelli has a race ban for Nürburgring. He is not allowed to participate in the race.

    Race 1

    Enzo Guibbert - 4 points, 1 strike

Kraemer vs. Meyer, Lap 7, T13
Meyer makes contact with Kraemer into the penultimate corner. It is a bit of a late move, but Meyer can make the apex stick, when Kraemer turns in. It is not the cleanest move, but not enough for a penalty.
    Racing incident

    Kraemer vs. I. Zhevnierov, Lap 9, T2
Zhevnierov brakes far too late for turn 2, passes Reeh and hits Kraemer, the next car.
    Illia Zhevnierov - 8 points, 2 strikes

    Race 2

Sokovikov vs. Balazs Nagy, Lap 1, T1-2

Nagy moves from side to side too often and blocks Sokovikov which eventually costs him a place.
    Balazs Nagy, 2 points

Kihlman vs. Meyer, Lap 2, T1
Meyer outbrakes himself in turn 1 and hits Kihlman.
The braking point would justify a double penalty, but Meyer doesn’t take advantage in the end and Kihlman doesn’t lose a place, but still much time.
Kevin Meyer, 4 points, 1 strike

Sokovikov vs. Balazs Nagy, Lap 2, T2
Sokovikov gets passed by Montgomery and goes wide after contact. Nagy has gone wide ahead. Nagy then comes back towards the middle of the track. He has contact with Sokovikov, but Sokovikov was wide himself after the contact with Montgomery. Therefore we believe Nagy could not have expected this.

After a slow corner exit, Hohloch defends the inside. Savarese is right behind him. Hohloch brakes at a reasonable point, but Savarese hits him and sends him wide.
Lorenzo Savarese, 3 points, 1 strike

    Race 2

Tognin vs. Rostance, Lap 14, T2-6
Aggressive driving from Rostance on multiple occasions, who takes the position against Tognin.
Fraser Rostance, 3 points, 1 strike

Varga vs. Vladisavljevic, Lap 14, T6
Varga sends it into the chicane and reaches the incident limit. To be honest, it is not a surprise to reach the incident limit when you go for such a dive into a tight corner.

    Race 1

Leandro Werle vs. Vermeylen, Lap 1, T3
Vermeylen makes slight contact with Werle, who is right behind Mukonin and has to brake slightly early. Werle gets pushed into Mukonin and gets a big wiggle. Since the very small contact, we settle for half penalty.
    Axel Vermeylen - 5 points

Diner vs. Zsupanek, Lap 1, NGK Chicane
Zsupanek overshoots the corner, hits Diner and forces Zhevnierov to take a cut. He doesn’t gain a place, but it’s not fair.
    Bence Zsupanek - 5 points

Diner vs. Zhevnierov, Lap 1, NGK Chicane
Zhevnierov makes contact with Diner. Due to Zsupanek overshooting the corner, he was put in a bad situation, and it’s small contact.
    Racing incident

Diner vs. Zhevnierov, Lap 3, T1
Zhevnierov brakes a bit late and hits Diner. Minimal time loss.
    Illia Zhevnierov - warning

Fiduci vs. Barna, Lap 10, NGK Chicane
Barna brakes too late and hits Fiduci, uses him as a brake and pushes Fiduci into a cut, and gains a place on Pinczes as a result. Illegal pass.
    Martin Barna - 10 points, 1 strike

Hasse vs. Antonov, Lap 11, T1/2
Hasse and Antonov fight. In Turn 1, Hasse goes a bit wide, Antonov goes for the switchback, there is slight contact but this move is ok.
Up to turn 2, Hasse is moving further out to the right. Antonov then turns in and makes contact with Hasse, gaining the place. Hard scene.
    Kirill Antonov - 5 points

Fiduci vs. Hasse, Last Lap, T10/11
Fiduci tries to go past Hasse on the outside. He turns in and makes contact with Hasse, who then leaves him no room on the exit. But since Fiduci initiated the contact, it is a…
    Racing incident

Hasse vs. Fiduci, Last Lap, NGK Chicane
Fiduci tries to pass on the outside. They make contact in the corner. Hasse moves slightly over to the right in the braking zone, while Fiduci turns in a bit too early. After the contact Fiduci has to cut the track, which results in a slowdown. Overall hard attempt but just about ok.
    Racing incident

Hasse vs. Fiduci, Last Lap, Last Corner
Fiduci, who has a slowdown after the previous scene, blocks Hasse in the last corner, and when Hasse tries to move past on the outside, he cuts him off and costs him another place.
    Gianmarco Fiduci - 10 points, 1 strike
Fiduci has a qualifying ban for Monza. He has to stay in the pitlane during qualifying, and start race 1 from the back.

    Race 2

Fiduci vs. Antonov, Lap 1, T1
Antonov, Montgomery and Witvoet are side by side into turn 1. Antonov actually leaves room and is careful, but as it’s too many cars going in, he gets pushed into Fiduci, who gets a big push. But no one can be clearly blamed for it.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Pinczes, Lap 1, T3
Pinczes makes contact with Mukonin, but he himself gets nudged from Barna and Hasse.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 1, T6
Werle goes for an aggressive move on Mukonin, who left the door open. We think this move is possible.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Pinczes, Lap 1, T7
Pinczes goes for a move that is not on, since he cannot create an overlap, and makes contact with Mukonin.
    Adam Pinczes - warning

Hasse vs. Fiduci, Lap 1, T7
Fiduci goes for a move on Hasse. It is aggressive, but he has an overlap and Hasse defends when Fiduci is alongside. Hard, but ok.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Pinczes, Lap 1, NGK Chicane
Lucas Werle tries to make a pass on Vermeylen and hits Pliska and blocks the road, which causes a traffic jam ahead of Mukonin, who gets hit by Pinczes, but honestly Pinczes cannot be blamed here. Plenty of cars are affected as a result and get incidents or slowdowns.
    Lucas Werle - 10 points, 1 strike

Hasse vs. Fiduci, Lap 1, NGK Chicane
Hasse tries to go on the outside of Fiduci, who does not leave enough space. We think in this case it does not prevent a pass, but it’s not fully fair from Fiduci. Fiduci hits Montgomery though as a result and pushes him into a slowdown, and that is a indirect consequence of him not leaving space to Hasse.
    Gianmarco Fiduci - 5 points

Mukonin vs. Barna, Lap 2, T1
Barna goes for a move from a way back, but he can hold the corner fine, and actually Mukonin turns into Barna on the apex. Legal move.
    Racing incident

Pfeifer vs. Zhevnierov, Lap 2, T11
Zhevnierov is going for an outside pass on Pfeifer and makes contact with Pfeifer. Almost worked, but Zhevnierov left a bit too little space.
    Illia Zhevnierov - 5 points

Diner vs. Zhevnierov, Lap 2, NGK Chicane
Zhevnierov goes for a pass on Diner. Diner is not on a good line and leaves the door wide open, and then turns in when Zhevnierov is there. Zhevnierov himself cannot really make a clean move though, since he touches Szoboszlai. Overall a bit too aggressive from Zhevnierov
    Illia Zhevnierov - warning

Mukonin vs. Pinczes, Lap 4, T1
Pinczes goes for a move on Mukonin, and Mukonin turns in. He is not quite far enough to gain the place, but the attempt is definitely ok.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Pinczes, Lap 5, T1
A bit unnecessary contact from Pinczes.
    Adam Pinczes - warning

Mukonin vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 6, T1
Werle drives into Mukonin when he tries to pass Pinczes and hits him hard. Mukonin loses a lot of momentum and gets passed by Pinczes. Werle waits, but we still have to give him the penalty.
    Lucas Werle - 10 points, 1 strike
Lucas Werle has a qualifying ban for Monza. He has to stay in the pitlane during qualifying, and start race 1 from the back.

Fiduci vs. Hasse, Lap 11, NGK Chicane
Fiduci tries to go past Hasse on the outside and makes contact with Hasse. Fiduci should have left more room for Hasse.
Hasse then goes on the throttle and stays ahead. It’s true that Fiduci initiated the contact, but that does not mean that Hasse can do whatever he wants. Hasse pushes him wide and even cuts the track himself to stay ahead.
    Gianmarco Fiduci - 5 points
    Florian Hasse - 5 points

    Server 3

Race Direction vs. Alexander Krouk / Alexander Koltsov, Ban evasion
Krouk used a 2nd account to still participate in the race, after being excluded from the championship in Spa. Since he provided an explanation, we will not use the maximum penalty, but this is still a significant offense.
Alexander Krouk - 10 year exclusion from RaceRoom Competitions

    Race 1

    K. Nagy vs. Fuchs, Lap 5, T13-14
Nagy passes Fuchs into the chicane, but he cannot really hold the corner so it’s not a clean pass really.
Fuchs then sends Nagy into a half spin. Even if the initial contact was not his fault, that does not excuse such a push.
    Kristóf Nagy - 2 points
    Christophe Fuchs - 3 points, 1 strike

    K. Nagy vs. Carpentiero, Lap 7, T7
Nagy passes Carpentiero with an illegal move, making contact several times throughout the corner.
Then Carpentiero drives across the track and hits Nagy. We think this might be an attempt of wrecking Nagy. Nothing happens but this is really dangerous driving.
    Kristóf Nagy - 3 points, 1 strike
    Carmine Carpentiero - 6 points, 2 strikes

Herter vs. Carpentiero, Lap 7, Last Corner
Carpentiero tries to pass Herter, who turns in and has contact with Carpentiero
Carpentiero then drives Herter into the gravel trap completely on purpose, even driving into the gravel himself. It is completely unnecessary, and such driving is not welcome here.
    Peter Herter - 2 points
    Carmine Carpentiero - 9 points, 3 strikes
Carpentiero has a race ban for Monza. He is not allowed to participate in the race.

Herter vs. Smith, Lap 10, T3
Smith runs wide into turn 3, and Herter goes on the exit. Then Smith closes the door and makes contact and hits Herter, who loses a place. Smith has to be a bit more careful.
    Mike Smith - 2 points

    Race 1

Baldi vs. Rächl, Lap 1, T10
Rächl does not leave enough room to Baldi on the inside, who has a clear overlap. Baldi gets a slowdown penalty. On the corner before, you can see how it can be done. Baldi leaves just enough room for Rächl for both to stay on track. Rächl on the other hand takes the kerb on the inside, despite Baldi still being alongside him. This is not a good corner to side by side, but in the end Rächl should have backed out. Borderline for full penalty.
    Michael Rächl, 5 points

Diner vs. Antonov, Lap 4, after T1
In the chicane, Antonov runs deep, Diner goes alongside. There is contact but it is 50-50. On the exit, Antonov squeezes Diner to the side of the road, makes contact a few times, and does not leave him enough space, keeping the position this way. Very borderline from Antonov.
    Kirill Antonov - 5 points

Hasse vs. Pinczes, Lap 10, T3
There is a fight with Diner, Gomez and Hasse which opens a 3 wide. Hasse is doing a switchback line, and decides very late to take the corner slower, to focus on the exit.
Pinczes is a bit later on the brakes. Behind him, Farkas drives into Markovic in the braking zone. Markovic then just pushes Farkas in the corner, into Pinczes. Pinczes then spins Hasse off.
Pinczes is a bit too late on the brakes, but his alternatives are limited, since he will get hit by Farkas or Markovic anyway. But he still turns into the corner quite hard, and contributes to the incident. A warning could be justified, but Pinczes already got 3 warnings.
Both Farkas and Markovic are just too aggressive here, and this driving leads to many positions lost for Hasse.
    Adam Pinczes - 5 points
    Bence Farkas - 10 points, 1 strike
    Matija Markovic - 10 points, 1 strike

    Race 2

Diner vs. Zsupanek, Lap 3, T1
Zsupanek drives into the back of Diner in the braking zone, which pushes Diner wide, and pushes Markovic in the braking zone.
In the corner, Markovic then drives into Zsupanek, which pushes Zsupanek into Diner who spins off.
    Bence Zsupanek - 10 points, 1 strike
    Matija Markovic - 10 points, 1 strike

This is the same as in the previous race, Markovic is not causing the initial contact, but his aggressive driving as a response is contributing to far worse accidents. He has a qualifying ban for Bilster Berg. He has to stay in the pitlane and qualifying, and start the race from the back.

Witvoet vs. Rächl, Lap 3, T-12
Messy situation where far too many cars try to go into the same corner.
Rächl is behind Witvoet, and has Baldi and Montgomery alongside him. He has limited room to work with, but Rächl pushes through the other cars 2 times . One time when he slots into Montgomery, where he pushes Witvoet into Pliska (who also turned in a bit hard), the other time on the exit of turn 2, when Pliska is already sideways, and Witvoet is on the brakes trying to avoid spinning Pliska, but Rächl does not hit the brakes.
    Michael Rächl - 10 points, 1 strike

Note from race direction: Great job by Kevin Meyer, avoiding a big accident.

Diner vs. Venieri, Lap 7, T1
Venieri brakes too late and hits Diner into Salo, who spins.
Diner himself was also too late on the brakes, which contributes.
    Gianpietro Venieri - 10 points, 1 strike
    Attila Diner - 5 points

Pfeifer vs. Antonov, Lap 11, T1
Antonov goes for a move on Pfeifer in turn 1.
It looks like Antonov goes deep, but there is a contact from Pfeifer who turns in when Antonov is alongside.
    Racing incident

    Race 2

Sokovikov vs. Guibbert, Lap 1, Ascari
Guibbert tries to go around the outside of Mukonin.
Mukonin is not leaving enough space and puts Guibbert off the track.
Guibbert then just stays on the throttle despite being off track, runs into the back of Sokovikov and pushes him off.
    Pavel Mukonin - 2 points
    Enzo Guibbert - 4 points, 1 strike

Pinna vs. Senn, Lap 2, Ascari
Pinna is a bit slower in Ascari since there is a big fight ahead of him.
Senn tries to go for a gap, that just doesn’t exist, and crashes Pinna out. Close to a double penalty.
    Roland Senn - 4 points, 1 strike

Mukonin vs. Guibbert, Lap 10, Turn 1
Mukonin and Guibbert both slightly move under braking, which sends Guibbert a bit past the apex. 50-50 between the two.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Guibbert, Lap 11, Turn 1
Mukonin and Guibbert brake too late for the corner and then have small contact. But the fact that Mukonin goes wide is not because of the contact, it’s because he broke too late.
    Racing incident

Mukonin vs. Guibbert, Lap 13, Turn 1
Guibbert is defending hard against Mukonin, he comes to the left side late (but before braking). Mukonin has very little room, and slightly pushes Guibbert. Mukonin then tries to go alongside, and they make contact when Mukonin turns into the corner (Guibbert is fully inside). They make side by side contact on the exit of the corner, until Mukonin has no space left.
This is very borderline driving, but we feel in all of these scenes, that both drivers just drive in the same way with each other.
    Racing incident

Ghirardelli vs. Balazs Farkas, Lap 9, Turn 4
Farkas hits Ghirardelli in the corner and spins him.
    Balazs Farkas - 3 points, 1 strike

Cattelan vs. Krave, Lap 13, Ascari
Cattelan outbrakes himself into the corner and is a slow after the apex.
Krave is on the normal line, and then hits him and pushes him wide. We think, there is not much Krave could have done to avoid it, since Cattelan was slow at a point where you can’t expect him to be.
It’s unlucky that he is close to incident limit, but that has nothing to do with this incident.
    Neil Krave - warning

    Race 2

Ghirardelli vs. Mannara / Eggstein, Lap 1, Turn 1
Mannara outbrakes himself, leaves the track and tries to re-enter on the apex of turn 2.
Attila is pushing Eggstein a few times when he sees many cars ahead.
Eggstein can’t do much to avoid this scene and hits Ghirardelli.
As a result, Ghirardelli, who does nothing wrong, gets pushed out of the corner, like he described in his own words, “in a sad scene from a comic film” and spun.
    Salvatore Mannara - 3 points, 1 strike
    Ardai Attila - 3 points, 1 strikes

Hohloch vs. Varga, Lap 1, T3
Varga drives into Christians in the braking zone, which unsettles him and he hits Hohloch as a result.
    Csaba Varga - 3 points, 1 strike

Hohloch vs. Kozlov, Lap 2, T3
Hohloch and Christians make contact in the chicane when Christians turns in.
Kozlov behind them is too late on the brakes and hits Hohloch off.
Of course the contact from Hohloch and Christians is contributing to the scene, but Kozlov does nothing to avoid the accident.
    Denis Kozlov - 3 points, 1 strike

Ziefle vs. K. Nagy, Lap 4, Ascari
Nagy brakes too late into Ascari and takes Ziefle off the track.
    Kristof Nagy - 3 points, 1 strike
Kristof Nagy has a qualifiyng ban for Bilster Berg. He has to stay in the pitlane and qualifying, and start the race from the back.

Ghirardelli vs. Eggstein, Lap 7, Turn 8
Eggstein brakes too late and hits Ghirardelli off, who loses a lot of time as a result.
    Peter Eggstein - 3 points, 1 strike

    Race 1

Zabdyr vs. Mladenovic / Berka vs. both, Lap 2, Turn 1-3
Mladenovic brakes into turn 1. His braking point is OK but he doesn’t brake fully, and hits Zabdyr off the track. (When Mladenovic tries to avoid, he comes across Hekman, who himself is also too late on the brakes, so Mladenovic also cuts the corner).
Zabdyr then takes his slowdown, in a somewhat save place. Mladenovic doesn’t see it, takes avoiding action late, passes him, and then takes his slowdown right infront of Zabdyr, hitting the brakes. Zabdyr is blocked, but continues to take his slowdown and both cars move quite far to the ideal line on the left. The approaching cars have no chance and there is a massive accident.
    Mihajlo Mladenovic - 6 points, 3 strikes
    Mariusz Zabdyr - 2 points, 1 strike
Mladenovic has a qualifiyng ban for Bilster Berg. He has to stay in the pitlane and qualifying, and start the race from the back.

Lucas Werle vs. Venieri, Lap 1, Turn 11-12

    Gianpietro Venieri - 5 points

Markovic vs. Neg, Lap 2, Turn 3-4
Neg clips the kerb and goes on two wheels, and tries to save it. He keeps going on two wheels until he comes back on track and gets collected by Markovic.
Since Neg never re-gained control of his car, and is on two wheels the whole time, we don’t think this is a re-entry, but he is still trying to save the situation. Therefore it is an unfortunate...
    Racing incident

Diner vs. Sokovikov, Lap 4, T11
Sokovikov hits Diner in the back. It is unnecessary, but has no bad consequences.
    Kirill Sokovikov - warning

Markovic vs. Lucas Werle, Lap 5, Turn 9
Markovic has an overlap, Werle turns in.
Lucas Werle - 5 points (removed)
Since Werle could prove that Markovic's car was invisible for him, his penalty has been removed and the incident has been deemed as caused by a bug.

Markovic vs. Mukonin, Lap 7, Turn 1-3
Markovic attacks Mukonin, but we think this is not a legal attempt, since Mukonin is leaving space and Markovic is drifting wide. They go side by side and then Mukonin turns in for turn 3. There is contact and Mukonin keeps the position.
Overall both drivers drive hard here.

Markovic vs. Neg, Lap 1, Turn 1
Neg hits Markovic in the first corner. It is not great, but actually has very little consequences.
    Mihai Neg - warning

Fiduci / Ottaviani vs. Antonov, Lap 2, Turn 1
Fiduci attacks Antonov from far back, they make side by side contact and Ottaviani gets pushed as a result. This is really not worth a report at all.
    No action

Ottaviani vs. Antonov, Lap 3, Turn 9
Legal pass from Antonov. There is a bit of contact, but Ottaviani gets enough space on the exit.
    No action

Pfeifer vs. Guibbert, Lap 4, Last Corner
Guibbert tries to pass Pfeifer. The attempt is good, but he keeps pushing Pfeifer wide and squeezing him on the exit. Pfeifer did not leave much space, half penalty is justified.
    Enzo Guibbert - 5 points

Ottaviani vs. Antonov / Pliska vs. Antonov / Antonov vs. Pliska, Lap 12, Turn 3, Turn 4-7
Antonov squeezes Pliska in turn 1. Not nice.
Pliska then pushes Antonov onto the grass before turn 3. Antonov stays alongside into turn 4, and Pliska turns in, not leaving enough room for Antonov. Antonov has to open the steering to avoid hitting the kerb. Antonov hits Pliska and they both go off track. Pliska is rejoining straight back onto the circuit (so is Antonov, but he has nowhere else to go, since Pliska is to his right side), and they both squeeze Ottaviani.
Pliska hits Ottaviani’s right rear wheel in the braking zone, which sends Ottaviani wide. Ottaviani has to brake harder, so then Antonov hits him too. But Ottaviani stays ahead. Antonov keeps pushing Ottaviani. He has Fiduci right behind him, which gives him limited room to work with, but he doesn’t try to let go of Ottaviani who gets a cut.
In turn 7, Ottaviani is turning into the corner when Pliska is on the inside, and pushes Pliska on to the grass. Pliska can stay ahead.
Pliska is causing the incident, because he is squeezing Antonov before turn 3, then towards the kerb, and then rejoins aggressively and hits Ottaviani. Full penalty + half penalty.
Antonov is too aggressive in turn 1, and keeps pushing Ottaviani. He is not faultless when Ottaviani gets the cut, but gets put into these situations by Pliska. Half penalty.
Ottaviani is doing nothing wrong except the contact with Pliska in turn 7, but Pliska did not report Ottaviani. No penalty.
    Kirill Antonov - 5 points
    Petr Pliska - 15 points, 1 strike

Fiduci vs. Antonov / Antonov vs. Fiduci, Lap 12, Turn 9
Antonov appears to go to the right side, but then stays in the middle of the road. Fiduci has no overlap, expects the inside to clear, and touches Antonov in the rear. No bad consequences.
    Racing incident

Antonov vs. Fiduci, Lap 12, Turn 11
Fiduci pushes Antonov twice in the braking zone and passes him. Contact to pass.
    Gianmarco Fiduci - 10 points, 1 strike

Pfeifer vs. Guibbert / Ottaviani, Lap 12, Turn 11
Chain reaction. Pfeifer brushes the back of Guibbert which sends him slightly wide. Ottaviani has run a bit wide, turns in, and Guibbert is trapped between Pfeifer and Ottaviani, which gives Ottaviani another incident, and means that Pfeifer is put on the grass.
    Racing incident

Rächl vs. Pliska, Lap 15, Turn 17
Pliska makes a fantastic pass on Rächl and leaves enough room for Rächl. Rächl hits the kerb and slightly touches Pliska. On the exit, Pliska then comes across and touches Rächl.
It is unnecessary from Pliska, since he pulled a great move and was ahead anyway. But Rächl made contact with Pliska in the corner before too, so we just leave it that both race hard with each other.

Blöcker vs. Vladisavljevic, Lap 7, Turn 15/16
Vladisavljevic takes his slowdown on the racing line when Blöcker is behind him. This will always lead to a penalty.
    Nenad Vladisavljevic - 4 points, 1 strike

Blöcker vs. Meyer, Lap 8, Turn 11-14
Meyer pushes Blöcker in Turn 11, and squeezes him in Turn 14 to take the position. Contact to pass.
    Kevin Meyer - 4 points, 1 strike

Vladisavljevic vs. Da Costa, Last Lap, Last Corner
Da Costa pushes Vladisavljevic and takes the place. Contact to pass.
Dylan Da Costa - 4 points, 1 strike

Kispál vs. Ardai, Lap 14, T5
Ardai runs into the back of Kispál, who is blocked on the exit by Waldschmidt who missed the apex, and Kispál spins off hard. Ardai had time to react, and the impact is quite bad, but it has to be taken into consideration that due to Waldschmidt's car, Kispál was much slower on the apex as usual.
    Ardai Attila - 3 points, 1 strike

Gomez vs. Antonov / Ottaviani vs. Antonov, Lap 1, Turn 2 Exit
After a clean turn 2, Antonov and Gomez are side by side. There is a gap in the middle of them. Ottaviani has overspeed and tries to go between them, where there is enough space. Antonov then changes lines on the straight, which pinches Ottaviani between Antonov and Gomez. Gomez spins, crashes hard and also collects Zsupanek who goes into the wall too as a result. This was completely unnecessary from Antonov.
    Kirill Antonov - 20 points, 2 strikes

Venieri vs. Barna, Lap 9, T3
Barna goes for an overtaking attempt on Venieri.
It’s a difficult scene. Venieri does not defend and turns into the corner on the racing line, but Barna does reduce his braking in the braking zone, pulls up alongside Venieri very late and makes contact.
After careful review, we think that Barna can’t quite make the apex, even if Venieri would have given him more room. We settle for a half penalty.

Small contact when Ardai pushes Kispál. It can happen.

Kispál vs. Ardai, Lap 1, T7-T9
Ardai runs into the back of Kispál again throughout the entire complex and pushes him out of the way, costing him 2 places. Ardai just pushes Kispál here intentionally.
    Attila Ardai - 6 points, 2 strikes

Kispál vs. Ardai, Lap 2, T3-T4
Ardai has an incident in T3, and rejoins in an OK manner. Kispál and Schmenk go past him and in T4, they all come together. Kispál is turning into the rear of Schmenk which sends him wide. Ardai is slightly pushing Kispál, but we think it’s more the contact between Kispál and Schmenk which sends Kispál wide.
