Dedicated server not working since about two months

since about two months i can't make private games with friends.
the server doesn't start and it's stuck at loading before choosing the machine.
it is necessary to close rr from the task manager.
Does this happen to you?

it was because we wanted to play an "adac 2020" game without realizing that adac 2020 does not exist even though it is on the dedicated server...
error on the dedicated server.

 

The class exists, you just can't buy the cars yet. This can't be the reason if the dedicated server didn't start before.
