I have made an ingame purchase with my VRP's but instead of deducting the ammount with the discount (50%), Sector3 deducted the full ammount. I have opened a ticket, and still no answer. Is this the kind of confusion and support to be expected?
sector 3 is the developer and raceroom is the business side of the game , how long ago did you open the support ticket ? Andi
Maybe it was not the full ammount but deducted twice... that happend to me some times - especially when there are such sales or new content-releases, but it was always be corrected after a short while. Maybe your account is now already corrected...
Maybe they will reply later that. That happend in my case... The issue is solved by the system alone and doesnât need any work by the helpdesk. The helpdesk knows about that an priorize the tickets lower...
