Is anyone else having the engine not start when joining the grid in multiplayer. I have two keys on the keyboard mapped for ignition (I) & starter (S). Before the latest update I needed to press these to start the engine when leaving the pits & starting a race. Today I joined my first multiplayer races since the update, in practice & qualifying I started the engine as usual with I & S, however on joining the grid for the race I could not start the engine, so not wishing to be in the way I quit out before the race started. I then tried racing against the AI & the engine is already running when I join the grid. What am I now doing wrong? Will the engine start automatically before the race starts & I was not waiting long enough? Any advice welcome.
Right now it starts automatically right before the race starts. Not sure if this will change back to the old way.
