Fps issue rtx 4080 9900k

The game doesn't seem to utilise my graphics card
This was never a problem previously

 

right click on screen ;
display settings, scroll down
graphics settings

now use the graphics performance settings to force raceroom to run on the 4080

Thanks Andi, i have done that, also tried the make a new profile thing, also tried the replace dxvk files
My last resort was trying here

 

It seems like nordschleife is the issue, previously my fps was over 150 here, now between 30-70ish
Other cicuits pushing 175fps .
I wiped everything to do with rroom from my computer appdata /documents /steam files , reinstalled .
Still a struggle
