Bug Frequent issue where the game won't load after launch a leaderboard challenge

I have no repeatable pattern yet, but the problem occurs 1 out of 5-6 launches. The game itself loads, it's when I start a Leaderboard Challenge with any car/track I have a high change of the game trying to load with the circles looping at the bottom of the screen and never completes.

This is a BRAND NEW install of Windows 10.
The loading screen should display more information of what is actually doing, like a debugging mode, so we can see if it's network connection, a specific loading step, drivers, issue, a specific file etc... we're completely in the dark

HINT: I can't replicate, if I'm using Practice. Seems to be happening only in Leaderboard challenge.
