Hello, Yesterday I tried to play RRE but when I tried to open it, it was always chashing and the message: Game Crashed (exception code 0xC00000FD), was always apperaing. I don't know if this is caused because I changed windows 7 to windows 10, because in windows 7 I was able to play. I'd like to say thanks in advice to everybody who can help me to solve this problem.
Hello, Yes, this error is associated with Windows 10. Some players who have experienced this error has had luck with the following solution: Go to the game's installation folder. By default it should be the following: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game Find the RRRE.exe file Right-Click on it In the menu that appears, click on "Troubleshoot compatibility" A new window with a progress bar appears. When it is finished, click "Try recommended settings" Click the "Test program" button If the game works, click the "Next" button On the final page, click "Save these settings for the program" and close the window once the changes are saved. Basically for these players it seems that some incorrect compatibility settings had been applied. If this does not help you then please let us know.
Hello again, The game now it opens but there's no content on it, i mean I don't have any buttons on the menu. The only thing I have is the music and also the backroung videos from the menu. Thanks for replying
This issue is usually caused by some error in the hardware acceleration. You can disable it however. Right Click on the game in the steam library. Click "properties." Click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..." Enter -cefNoGPU -cefNoBlacklist in the text field. Make sure you type it exactly like this, including the dashes "-". Click Ok. Start the game. This will disable the hardware acceleration and should allow you to see the menu.
