Resolved Help with UI Issue

I had something happen where the game flashed and went odd and since then, the top bar and the mirror UI elements have been smaller. However, the other UI elements remain unaffected in terms of the car Speedo/dash and other UI elements such as fastest lap. It's frustrating me for a while and I've tried a few ideas such as UI resolution but they haven't worked. Can anybody help?

 

Go into your video options and check the resolution. Looks as if you're running a higher resolution than your screen.

 

Try the move resize option
M key then right click on mouse

Thanks for letting me know about this, Andi. I was able to change everything but the timing at the top even after I resolved the issue.
