Does anyone know how long the help desk takes to answer? Send a support request 4 days ago, because I have been charged 2 times for the same purchase. Send a ticket to steam support but they wash their hands since the purchase is for vrp and not for direct content, Although it belongs to the same shopping cart... Now I do not have the money in my steam wallet or the extra vrp in my raceroom account. really do not know what to do now ... Thank you
If you open a ticket at the helpdesk you will get an answer. It's not unusual that it can take a few days, especially after patch deployment, but they will get back at you. Just the usual thought, checked spam folder already?
This has happened on rare occasions in the past already, sorry it struck again. But if it did charge twice they will definitely contact you and set this right, that I can promise.
