Problem How to reset tuning to default

Hi, I'm new to using the setup and tuning menu and can't understand how to reset to default. For example in the menu it has a "R" or Dot to "Reset to default". Not sure what this means. I have pressed R button on my keyboard but nothing happens.
Any help would be appreciated.

 

You have to keep the mouse pointer on the setting you want to change and click R key.
Or a complete reset like in the video
