Round 1 - Hungaroring

Race 1

Balint Benedek vs. Istvan Puki | Race 1 | Lap 5 | Turn 12
Puki went for a dive, I left him enough space, but he pushed me off the track, where I could easily get a slow down penalty.
Puki goes for an aggressive move on Benedek. Benedek moves a bit under braking, which contributes, but the move from Puki is still too hard. Benedek holds the place though.

Benedek misses turn 2, Puki comes in with a bit of contact throughout the next corners, but does not go past Benedek.

Race 2

Balint Benedek vs. Istvan Puki | Race 2 | Lap 1 | Turn 12
Similar to the previous move, but this time Puki goes for a switchback, very aggressive again. This time. Benedek turns into Puki when Puki has an overlap, while Puki also turns into Benedek. What Benedek does is not entirely fair and contributes to it, but it’s still Puki taking a big risk in this situation and causing Benedek to lose positions. Half penalty to Puki.

Csuti goes for a late move, and runs Barna off on the exit. Illegal pass.

Martin Barna vs. Istvan Puki | Race 2 | Lap 8 | Turn 6-7
Barna and Puki go side by side in the chicane. Barna does not leave Puki enough room to start with, then Puki does the same to him on the exit. Both drivers do the same thing to each other.

Puki goes for an aggressive move on Barna in the penultimate corner. This move was not on, especially as Puki drifts out from the apex. Illegal pass.

Round 2 Monza

Race 1

Dobsa vs. Posan, Lap 2 Turn 2
Posan gives Dobsa a push on the exit of turn 2.
The touch is really small but Dobsa is sent into the gravel. Half penalty for small touch.
Norbert Posan - 2 points

Berki vs. Mucsina, Lap 5, Turn 1
Berki gets a push from Mucsina and goes wide in the first chicane, but it was caused because he changed line under braking.
Racing incident.

Posan vs. Borsos, Lap 5, Lesmo 2
Posan passes Borsos, and moves in front of him. Borsos then pushes off Posan into the next corner. Borsos may be surprised that Posan moves in front of him and he brakes slightly early, but still, no excuse. The rejoin is not great either, Puki and Dobsa doing a good job avoiding him.

Dobsa vs. Balazsin, Lap 8 to 12
Balazsin changes lines a few times to break the tow. At most points, he just moves once, there are a couple of double changes but all in all within the tolerance, especially as he doesn’t do it when the other car is close. In addition, he is mostly defending from Szoboszlai, as Dobsa is quite far behind.

Race 2

Benedek vs. Puki, Lap 1, Lesmo 1
Puki gets a slowdown in the 2nd chicane. Not his fault that he got it, but he still got it and decides to solve it on the racing line, blocking Benedek.
Solving the slowdown on the racing line is clearly not allowed.

Balazsin vs. Dobsa, Lap 2, della Roggia Chicane
Dobsa tries to pass Balaszin on the entry, on the outside. He leaves not enough room for Balazsin. Balazsin stays alongside, also leaving little room into the next bit. On the exit, Dobsa pushes Balazsin into the gravel, costing Balazsin places.

Berki vs. David Nagy, Lap 3, Turn 1
Nagy goes for a move on Berki in turn 1. Berki leaves very little room, but still enough and Nagy slightly pushes him wide.
Berki gets a slowdown as a result.
Reduced to half penalty due to little room.

Benedek vs. Borsos, Lap 5, della Roggia Chicane
Borsos tries to pass Benedek on the outside. He leaves enough room.
On the second part, Benedek leaves very little room to Borsos, even going on the kerb himself despite a car on his inside.
There is contact on the exit and Benedek goes into the gravel, but he brought himself in that position by not leaving enough space to Borsos.

Dobsa vs. Puki, Lap 11, della Roggia Chicane
Puki brakes too late and hits Dobsa, who spins off. Kind of an unlucky scene how Dobsa spins here, but still Puki’s fault.

Puki has a qualifying ban for Nordschleife. He has to start the race from the back of the grid.

Csuti vs. Toth, Lap 1 Turn 4
Toth goes over the grass with 2 wheels and hits Csuti, costing him a position. No migitating circumstances here.

Szoboszlai vs. Bucsi, Lap 1, Turn 10
Bucsi turns in on Szoboszlai when he has an overlap, costing him momentum and 2 positions. Certainly not fair, but we feel like a half penalty is justified here.

Csuti vs. Csincsik, Lap 1, Döttinger Höhe
Csincsik changes line a few times on the straight, cutting across the nose of Csuti 2 times. Also unfair, but just like in the other scene, a half penalty is enough.

Round 4 Sepang

Balazsin vs. Borsos, Lap 4, Last Corner
Borsos outbrakes himself in the final corner and hits Balazsin into a big slide, costing him 2 places. Balazsin left a lot of room, and Borsos still hit him.

Barna vs. D. Tóth, Lap 5, Turn 2 and 4
Barna is slightly on the outside of Csincsik into turn 2. Barna brakes early and tries to take the corner behind Csincsik. Tóth sees a gap and tries to go in there, when Barna turns in. The 2 make contact, but this is a racing incident.
In turn 4, Tóth is closing in on Barna and pushes him slightly. Hard racing, but still within the limits.

D. Tóth vs. Barna, Lap 6, Turn 1-2
On the exit of Turn 1, Barna drives across Tóth’s line and makes contact. In the end, Tóth gets the position, but this is a bit shady defending from Barna.

Barna tries to pass Tóth on the outside. They make contact and Tóth gets pushed over the grass on the inside, and gets a slowdown.
Barna is not leaving enough space. Despite making contact with Tóth, he still hits the kerb on the inside, with Tóth’s car fully on the inside.

Jakab vs. Nemes, Lap 10, Turn 4
Into turn 4, there is a battle with 5 cars. Nemes, the 4th car in the group, brakes too late, swerves to the right to avoid Füzy, loses control and hits Jakab and blocks Nandori. Normally, these sorts of impacts would lead to a double penalty, but since Nemes was trying to avoid an incident by changing his line not to hit Füzy, we leave it at…

Benedek vs. Tóth, Lap 10, Turn 14
Difficult situation. Benedek has a small wiggle in the braking zone. Tóth drives very close to Benedek, and then they make contact. Benedek gets pushed wide, Pósán overtakes both, and Tóth also goes past Benedek. Reduced to half penalty, due to the wiggle from Benedek which makes it hard for Tóth to avoid him, but still he shouldn’t drive so close.

Barna vs. Tóth, Lap 11 Turn 4
Tóth goes for an aggressive move on Barna in turn 4. Barna turns in when Tóth is on the inside.
At the point of contact, Tóth is further on the inside than Csincsik ahead is, so we think it is a hard, but legit overtake.

Race 2:

Leitner vs. Csuti, Lap 3, Turn 2
On the exit of turn 2, Leitner is on the outside of Pinczes. Leitner tries to slot in behind Pinczes, while Csuti exits the corner normally and makes contact with Leitner. Csuti cannot brake in this situation since Zsupanek is right behind him. Leitner gets a half spun, and wiggles back, hitting Csuti. Overall not a nice scene but no one can really be blamed.

Leitner vs. Baldi, Lap 3, Turn 8-9
On the exit of turn 8, Baldi tries to go for an undercut on Leitner, and turns in while Leitner is there, sending him on a weird line. Leitner tries to cover the inside, Baldi tries to switch lines, and makes very slight contact with Leitner, but it is enough to send Leitner into a slide and lose positions.

Benedek vs. Tóth, Lap 3, Turn 14
Benedek is defending against Tóth. Tóth releases the brakes slightly, bumps Benedek and passes him, also leaving no room on the exit. Slight contact, but clear illegal pass.

Tóth vs. Baldi, Lap 7, Turn 2
Baldi goes for a move on Tóth when it really isn’t on, pushes him, and also leaves little room on the exit.
The move from Tóth in T1 (not reported) wasn’t fair either, but it doesn’t justify anything.

Csuti vs. Tóth, Lap 7, Turn 4
Csuti tries to pass Tóth around the outside of turn 4. On the apex, Tóth gets a nudge from behind, from Nagy. Tóth then accelerates out of the corner and leaves Csuti no space, even leaving track limits himself.
The nudge from Nagy reduces it to a half penalty, but Tóth was not even trying to leave Csuti any space, and the nudge certainly wasn’t strong enough to take away all his responsibility.

Tóth vs. Csuti, Lap 9, Turn 1
Tóth goes for an aggressive move, in our opinion too aggressive since he doesn’t have an overlap at any stage and despite losing speed from the contact with Csuti, still can’t hold the line.
But then, Csuti also changes his lane late, probably reacting to the car in the mirror, in the braking zone.
Baldi loses out, who didn’t even report.
Therefore, Csuti and Tóth split the penalty.
Exit of turn 2, Tóth drives of the track himself, no action.

Baldi vs. Tóth, Lap 11, Turn 11-14
Baldi tries to pass Tóth in turn 11, Tóth turns in a bit early and gets sent a bit wide.
In turn 12, Tóth runs over the kerb and bumps Baldi off the track.
Baldi does not lose much, and goes for an attempt in turn 14. Baldi holds the line, and Tóth turns in when Baldi has an overlap again. They make contact and Tóth keeps the place.
In all 3 corners, Baldi has a legitimate overlap, Baldi makes a legitimate attempt, and Tóth repeatedly turns in and prevents the pass.
