Question Is it normal that in replay i have much less FPS than during the actual race?

    Hi,

    Is it normal that in replay i have much less FPS than during the actual race?

    I do but it also depends on my gfx settings. This and when I hit direct replay during race I generally have about half FPS, Jona

    Yes, it seems to be the case. Maybe because there are more cars and background- so more reflections, shaders, etc at work.

    It is especially the reflections on the cars which are quite choppy..
    So lowering these for the replay should make things better?

    I imagine. Is it that bad? Personally I don't get anything near 60 FPS in replays in any game, but since its not actual gameplay it isn't as bothersome.

    Watched some of the videos i made and when driving alone there isn't any trouble, see below..



    Replays i made of races in MP are worse.. See below starting from 4min10.. When cornering it seems to be ok but on straights the reflections have like a very little interval..



    The fps for the last video dropped from 100-120 all settings about max while racing, to about 30 in replay..
