After the last R3E update (the one that includes FoV setting) I can't play the game anymore! The screen movement is so unsmooth (jagged, jerky, choppy... I really don't know how to call it properly, but its like I'm losing so many frames that it simply jumps two, three, five frames ahead), mainly around curves. No problem in the straight line (that I can perceive). It seems to me a panning like problem... Is there any setting or workaround I can do to resolve this issue? I've tried playing with or without v-sync, low, medium, high video settings... nothing worked. I'm playing in 4K @ 60 fps using an i7 6700k and a Nvidia GTX TITAN X GPU. Any help is welcome...

Thanks for your promptly reply! Indeed setting v-sync to "fast" in Nvidia CP and v-sync "on" in game resolve this issue. Maybe it is a Windows Anniversary update fault, but my impression is that the game is not 100% fluid (smooth) with this workaround... Since this affects only R3E (at least for me) I think developers should provide a patch ASAP.
