Several places in the patch notes it mentions that mechanical trail has been adjusted on some classes of cars. Can anyone educate me as to what mechanical trail is and how it affects handling in the sim?
In the meantime, there's this thing called Google...... https://www.car-engineer.com/suspension-design-definitions-and-effects-on-vehicle-behavior/
You do realize Google will literally tell you anything you want to hear and guess what, it's not always right, there's a shocker. Nah, so much better hearing it from the horses mouth. Interpreted by the instigator is the best way. Which I have now done, twice and don't understand a bloody word of it. Cheers @Alex Hodgkinson although wasted on a luddite like me.
Sure, if you don't employ any sort of critical thinking vis-a-vis the sources, you can get Google to tell you anything. But seeing as were all adults here......
I'm sorta jesting BUT if you really don't know what you're looking for it is relatively easy to get well and truly, led up the garden path. I was only reading on tut web t'other day that ACC has the best FFB ever and AMS2 wasn't a Project Cars clone. I can hear the pitchforks being sharpened as I write. You must see S3 the longer I'm without fps the more of my wit the forum must suffer, if I can't drive then I shall drive people mad!!
Way too late, bud. And on a sidenote......Do you actually sharpen pitchforks? Inquiring minds wants to know.
YouTube is better for search results, I did a search on Google and I got lots of off-road trails to visit across Ontario . Google meta data in your cookies can give you inappropriate results.
