Hi there, how do I get support from Sector3? it’s actually for a friend of mine who doesn’t speak English. He sent two emails to their HelpDesk, but it seems there’s no HelpDesk. No answer at all. He bought Brands Hatch last year, used the track for two days and all of a sudden it disappeared from his tracks list. I’ve helped him with the emails, but it’s such a shame, Sector3 doesn’t seem to care. So... how? How to get help? Or do we pay for tracks and cars and this is all a big favor being done for us? I really don’t think it’s a cheap favor, but anyway, be aware all users that when you have some problem, maybe you don’t get the solution. Neither your money back. Unless your money is grown in trees, then it’s ok to waste it. I look forward to receiving some good news here. Thanks in advance.
