Honestly no one knows what the recommended specs will be like but yes I imagine with that kind of setup you'll do just fine for whatever you decide to run for quite a bit.

The only thing I'd take a second pass on is the CPU, it's a bit dated and things are shaking up a bit finally on the CPU front with the Ryzens. Now I've been burned by AMD to the point I doubt I'll ever buy anything from them again but I'd consider holding out until we know what Intels response will be. The newer I7's will probably drop in price.

I wouldn't worry about upgrading for unreal 4 yet, probably still 12 to 18 months away. Pc technology will have moved on again by then.

Imo it's hardly ever worth upgrading CPU while keeping Mainboard, unless you get the CPU very cheaply. Also not sure if the hyperthreading provided by i7 is worth it for games.

Better save the money for an upgrade that gives you substantial benefits.

I also have got the i7 4790K (see signature) and I'm happy with it. But it's a 3 years old CPU and I bought it back then, when it was up to date. I don't know if you could get something better for the price of 360 EUR today, but I'm quiet sure.

Looking at Toms Hardware they benchmarked AMD's new Ryzens and the later i5/i7s in Project Cars and it looks like as per usual AMD is just mostly hype, but I'd still wait to see if the Intel CPU's come down in price in response to them or if newer titles will become more optimized for them.

Yeah, pretty much as everyone stated i5 4460 to i7 4790k doesn't really help.Especially since you will need a Z97 mb to get any OC.Just get the 1080 for now and wait for what will Ryzen can do and the next Intel gen in September.
