new pc - problem fanatec

Hello, I have problems with new pc, the fanatec steering wheel does not work, it is detected but it is red. the steering wheel on other games works.

 

Try binding buttons , throttle pedals etc
Double click brake , press pedal all the way down

I don't have any particular configuration, could there be some conflict with steam?
