I turned the overlay off and still looks green ans stretched Do you think the drivers will keep getting updated as these are new cards and need more optimisation and i can't even roll back to previous ones , the silly thing isn't compatible with the driver it had been running on before ? Will your game be compatible with the Gforce experience thing ? could that help from a driver point of view because alot of people will be updating to these 1000 series cards as time goes on . I was concerned that the PSU might be faulty ? What is that "variable string too long "thing . Does it mean anything important ?
I don't think it's the cards themselves but looks like NVIDIA needs to update their drivers. On that screenshot your resolution is also not correct. Could you send me your logs along with graphics_options.xml ? The xml is located at Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData and the logs will be at Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log. You'll see game logs for last 20 sessions. A lot of players with 1000 series running things fine although they did experience some problems with Windows Anniversary Update. Why can't you roll back to previous one and try? http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us you have 368.81 from July, 372.54 from August 15.
I just installed the latest drivers 372.70 (Win7/64) and have definitely a better framerate than before, well, yeah it might depend on your individual configuration and on top of it "latest drivers" doesn't mean best performance auromatically - a while ago an Nvidia driver caused some weird gfx bugs with an Assassin's Creed Sequel (guess it was "Rogue") I like to play from time to time.
I've downloaded that Driver and tried but the Gforce experience says it isn't compatible ? and won't allow me to continue . I am running Windows anniversary edition .
Is this it ? What's wrong with my resolution ? That picture is all distorted because of the window mode green screen stuff .

Looks like Windows is sending it as 59hz but that shouldn't matter. That crash log you sent is for a Windows system file failure. Doesn't seem related to the game at all I'm afraid. @2ndLastJedi if it's alright with you maybe we can have a Teamviewer session to take a closer look? We are quite curious as to what might be causing this.
Please add me on Steam so we can arrange it. http://steamcommunity.com/id/Sector3_Sonti Teamviewer is a free program you can get at www.teamviewer.com
Here some more about web development djangostars . I've used it couple times, helped a lot! Really informative articles!
