As title. I sent a support request via their form after which a message pops up: No email received and not in spam box. I resent the request but again no email. Is this normal? Have they received the request?
My issue is that I do not know whether support has received my message/request because I did not receive the confirmatory email. By posting here I am trying to ascertain if that is normal. My request/message to support is really between myself and them and not meant for a wider audience.
Who are you trying to contact? The developers (KW Studios) or the publisher (RaceRoom)? The form you've used is on the publisher website. If you want to contact them, you should probably directly write an email to info@raceroom.com
