    Hello ,

I have tried everyting ............I got my crstal light but it doesn't work, I get blank canvas in VR (I can just see the splashscreen that the game is loading) and on my desktop I get a black screen and a tiny screen of the game in the upper left corner. Doesn't work with Steam VR nor with OpenXR

All my other games run well with the Crystal Light so it is so annoying.

Has someone ever enountered this ssue , what runtime are you using with the game? Thanks

I had that problem with my Quest 3. If I remember well it was because of super sampling values in oculus tray tool or -VR parameter value in the command line in Steam or in openXR ".ini" file. I experimented with different SS/- VR values and problem gone. Looks like RR doesn't like certain super sampling levels. Try setting this value everywhere (I don't know what software primax uses as never had one) to 1 (or 100%) and see if that helps. Worked for me but I can't remember where exactly I made the changes OTT/STEAM/or OpenXR ini file.

Yes, it ONLY works with downscaled resolution. But downscaled resolution looks terrible. I bought the Crystal to get a high resolution gaming experience and it does work in ALL racing sims without any issues. Why would we need to downscale it to get an image in the headset? And why does the mirror not work properly/is there only a SUPER tiny unusable image in the upper left as david describes?

Somehow raceroom is not fixable. There's indeed only a tiny screen in the upper left corner with 100% at SteamVR and OpenComposite/XR, it's unplayable.
