Resolved Problem with VRP

I bought 2000vrp at 30 jan 2015, but still didn't receive redeem code. Support don't answer.

 

i dont think you get a code, do you? if you bought it w/ steam wallet $$, it will just show up. i think they might bypass the steam wallet now but i can't recall. are you sure you dont have the 2000vrp on your account?

 

You can get a code from http://www.raceroomstore.com/shop_en/vrp and type it in the "real" store (http://game.raceroom.com/fr/store/).

Which website did you use shiva ?

 

I bought here www.raceroomstore.com. as I understand after payment they send mail with redeem code.

It's publisher's site (RaceRoom Entertainment AG).
I never used it but as others have written, they send code immediately.

 

Have you checked every possible Junk-Mail-Mailboxes? As I have bought vRP via the raceroomstore the Mail with the redeem-code was stored in the Junk-Mail Mailbox from the Mail-Provider.

 

Yes, I have. All incoming mail from RRR stored in main mailbox.
