Problem Purchased FR2, but not showing in my owned content

Hey chaps! I just bought the pack thru steam but for some reason there's no update in my owned content on R3E portal so... FR2's not there!
Could you check for me pretty please with a cherry on top?

 

I made a purchase with my steam wallet about an hour ago that has not processed within R3E as well. I bought the FR2, Audi TT Cup, and Chang Circuit none of them have unlocked in game.



Maybe this has something to do with the Steam Sale that just started today?

 

99% your assumption is correct.
Was heavy load on their server (I couldn't even browse my wishlist a few hours ago)
Hopefully it'll be adjusted soon! Can't wait to drive those cars!

 

I hope so too... have been looking forward to the FR2 cars for a while! I also submitted a ticket on help desk, although I'm not sure if it is after hours there?

I have logged a ticket on support, but I think we'll be lucky if it gets looked at soon.

I bought the car early in the morning by 299vrp of which had the option to buy the full pack , to my surprise when I arrived the night opened the game and the complete pack with 22 paintings were by 261 vrp , how can it ???? It is not right

 

I think that's because you already own the car. Log out and see the "real" price.

 

Has anyone had this resolved? I still have not had a response on my ticket nor has the content unlocked in the sim. I am going to assume this will probably not be resolved until after the holiday and repurchase the content in hopes of a refund of the initial purchase.

I had the same problem yesterday, it failed to confirm twice, yet charged me for both. I then had to add additional funds to pay for it a third time, and it worked. I submitted a ticket yesterday but I can't even log into the help desk any more to check for an update ?

Yesterday at 10:52pm (Kiev) i've bought fr2 car but i have no fr2 in my game.I wish that sector3 will fix our trouble.

 

Just bought it aswell and nothing, wish I had seen this before hand.

Yeah it's not the end of the world though I will admit I was a bit bummed. Sent a ticket, and as you said, no doubt cleared up on Monday.
