The other day I raised a ticket with Sector 3 via their help desk, and although I am perfectly happy that the "team" are on holiday, and rightly so, what has struck me as odd as I cannot log into the help desk to even look at the issue I raised. Can anyone tell me if they can log in ok ? Regards, Paul
Logged just recently to check on my ticket so the helpdesk does seem to be functional, but not manned. Not quite sure I agree with being perfectly happy that the support staff seems to be on holiday as well though. If anything this is the time for a retailer to have extra manpower on hand.
Sadly Santa didn't put a big chunk of gold under S3S' christmas tree... @paulinhot: So you registered an account at the helpdesk? Sure you're not mixing up account details (name or password) with your R3E or Steam or Forum account?
And I really hope Santa isn't needed to keep staff on hand on a weekdays. And quite likely about the account, hopefully in the future some of the accounts will be consolidated. Having one each for the game, forum and support seems unnecessary. Oh well, enough venting from me for now.

No problem, glad it worked. That joke was more about the additional staff thing. Agree with your second point though, too many accounts. Should really try and get it all, or at least as much as possible, in one place.
