My rig at work at the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden. It is actually built for studies on driver fatigue and microsleep. During public events, we run racing simulations. It is an Opel Corsa B, donated by Opel Automobile GmbH Eisenach. We got it lifted into the third floor Currently, it is fitted with a G29 with a modified H-shifter. The steering wheel is the original one, attached to the G29 with an adapter. We are still in the process of wiring all the switches and assigning them to buttons, but the most important buttons are already available. We also plan to add paddle shifters to the original steering wheel later, currently we use the windshield wiper and turn signal levers.
