hello, i just bought a new monitor which has a 180mhz refresh rate, but seems like it's not working in raceroom, with v-sync enabled, as i only get 60 fps

    any hints?

with v-sync disabled it depends per track/car combination but i can get till 320 fps, with v-sync on only 60

i supposed that the v-sync was tied to the screen as with my old monitor i had 60 fps for 60mhz and 75 for 75mhz, but maybe i'm wrong

First step would be to make sure that the monitor is set to 180Hz in Windows (might not happen automatically). If it's working fine outside of the game, you most likely have to pick the higher refresh rate option in the resolution setting in-game:

of course i set 180mhz in refresh, other games are already picking up the right refresh rate, but i'll have a look in raceroom settings...

with a 180hz monitor you would probably not need vsync. I am running 165hz triples and get not a little bit of screentearing without vsync/gsync etc. Worth a try...
