On a different forum a player asked about this, and before replying that of course it is available I looked and sure enough, Spa doesn't appear in the list. I should have checked in-game, and will later, but thought I'd ask about why it does not appear, on the interweb version of the boards anyway?
Hm if its not even in the store anymore that feels more like something going on behind the scenes rather than a little technical issue but who knows
