I have added support for RaceRoom Racing Experience to my Telemetry Tool.

Originally the development of this Tool started with a need to have real-time Telemetry for F1 2011 and F1 2012. Over the years the Tool has expanded in features and it now supports over 20 games. And I always add support to the games I play and now R3E is part of that list, so the support was added ...

You can use the Tool for real-time and offline Telemetry analysis, and you can also use it for race/pitstop tactics/strategy and race engineering. There are many different options for analytics/analysis/engineering:
    • Real-time telemetry + offline telemetry with powerful tools
    • Views to compare your own laps,
    • Views to see data about the other cars in the session
    • Compare your laps against other drivers' data, you can collect this data automatically as you join/drive a session
    • Histograms/x-y plotters,
    • Multi-lap telemetry comparison
    • Statistics for whole session/subsequent sessions
    • See for all cars in the session their delta to the driver's own best lap and to the selected "comparison lap" i.e. the BLUE lap.
    • Two different trackmaps, normal map and circular map to better visualize what is happening on the track
    • Data to help make race strategy decisions
    • You can forward the data from the Tool to other tool, so you can either have race engineer looking at your data or you and act as race engineer for your driver
    To use the tool:
    1) download the .zip from Overtake - Telemetry Tool for R3E or Overtake - Telemetry Tool for F1 24 and many other games and unzip it to some directory in your system, on Windows can be put also under the 'Program files' to e.g. 'C:\Program files\TelemetryTool' or e.g. to C:\bin\tt
    2) Start the Tool with the runWin_Launcher.bat (or on Linux/Mac with the .sh file) or runWin_R3E.bat. The Tool will ask for location for the data files etc on the first run. The SharedMemory-to-UDP relay should also start, when you use one of these .bat files to start the Tool
    3) Start R3E. If the plugin was installed correctly, then the data should arrive to the tool

And there is more detailed install help at https://telemetrytool.com/install/ also notes on how to run the Tool on Linux or Mac.

Also check the ReadMe.txt for the list of features.

    Enjoy, and get faster.

    Cheers.

Some screenshots , the UI has two color modes: Dark and Light. Below are shots on both options.

And new CircleMap with the graphs in the middle + fuel use info at top.
This is pretty customisable and the "selected cars" can be set to update at every lap change.

One-lap timing. This view shows for all cars in the session the delta to each driver's own best lap and to the selected active comparison lap, i.e. the BLUE lap. You can optionally show only cars from your own class. Makes it bit more manageable with 60+ cars grid

    Version 14.4 is here.

You can see the extended release notes here: Telemetry Tool for F1 24 (and many other games)
and you can download the Tool there or from https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/telemetry-tool-for-r3e.59048/

    Notable new R3E related additions:
    • New R3E trackmaps + car data up-to-February-update
    • Updated the Tool work work without the Shmem-to-UDP relay. Also the runWin_R3E.bat has been updated to not run the relay.
    • Made the Tool behave nicely, if/when there is an update, for which the data is not yet there in the Tool
    • Added more Tab-change options
    • Updated the Shmem-to-UDP relay command line options to make it easier to use it to send the data to other computer, if you don't run the Tool and R3E on same computer
    Other notable additions:
    • Full iRacing support added
    • Tentative AC Evo support added
    • Tentative LFS support added
    • Updated JRE to Java 23
    • Changed AC/ACC/ACE/AMS2/PC2/R3E to work without the need to run the Shmem-to-UDP relay
    • Added Notes system, you can add a note on the tracks, e.g. as 'Gear suggestion', which is then shown on the Tool, when you are near the 'note point'.
    • Added traction circle to Workspace. It shows real-time-data or when zoomed in, data only for the Zoomed area
    • AMS2/LMU/R3E new track/car/data added
For list of changes, see the ReadMe.txt.

Updating from older versions: Just unzip .zip on top of your old installation.

Clean/New install. Unzip the files to anywhere in your system (e.g. under 'Program Files\Telemetry Tool' or to somewhere else). On the first run the Tool will ask location for data files (if necessary).

For install help, see the help at https://telemetrytool.com/install

New/additional trackmaps can be downloaded from https://telemetrytool.com/addons/

The new version has been tested quite a bit, but there might still be something odd lurking around. If you find anything odd, please let me know.

    Enjoy, and get faster.
