I just drove a few hot laps with the M235i at Nürburgring Grand Prix. Drove a new PB and jumped back to the leaderboard and to my surprise now all my entries are gone. In my profile it says I have no entries only the first and last entry time stamps are still there. This is very annoying not so much because of my mediocre entries but because I keep track of my progress this way.

Yep, but if you look at the board, it's not there... So, Alexander, don't worry. Your entries aren't lost. Seems there's some issue with the leaderboards atm.
I think I have the same problem. I just ran the Nurburgring and I appear nowhere in the list! What is going on???? How come I still see all other players????
Ok. I'll ease off. Not a good computer day. My VR suddenly wasn't working as well. But I could fix it. Pheew.
That problem has some player actually, one friend of me @Zw3rg3nHamm3r (Ingame: Mathias Hansen) has the same problem. His times are not displayed in leaderboards.
We have manually updated @Alexander Asner and another reporter from Discord. Other players having this issue will see it resolved by itself after a while.
While we are at it: why is everyone's average position in the leaderboards 1 in their profile? I thought it should be the average of all entries. Or am I getting it wrong?
Apparently there's still a problem, my 'Number of entries' on my profile page is only 46 and it should be well over 200. I lost most of my times when i look at the leaderboards, but they are still there when i go in game at the top of the screen as my best time.
Every time in leaderboard is back now and the number of entries is back to 344. Be patient was the solution
Yeah, it should just take a while. I think the devs refreshed the backend server stuff... so it should slowly come back if it hasnt already. Give it some time, nothing should be completely lost.
Is this issue also affecting the times from "offline" races against the AI? I did two races, one one on tuesday and the other one yesterday. Hey. Seems like I ran in the same issue.Tried the WTCC 2015 @ RedBullRing leaderboard and got a message ''The time failed to upload into leaderboard''. Maybe I should re enable replays?
