Hi all. I have a big problem. I don't know what's going on, but my cars lose on the straights. When I follow someone in the tunnel, the car does not gain, but when someone follows me it gains an advantage. Please help. It's hard for me to compete healthily on the track.
not really with this much info is this on ranked servers is it a fixed setup have you checked your inputs via the ingame input meter throttle reaching and staying at 100% brake not trailing make a video with the input meter visible Andi
Hi Andy. Yes ranked servers. Fixed setups. I check inputs one more time, but was good earlier. I catch up in the corners and then lose on the straights, even when I'm riding someone on the bumper.
It is. When I change this for 100%, throttle grgove up to max and The brake releases immediately, previously held a moment after release. Believe me. I just finished the race on Zandvoort in P2 starting from P10 with a time of 1.16.4(car NSU)
Makes no difference , the sensitivity still gives 100% throttle at 100% input regardless of how the sensitivity is set 0 to 100 how it climbs is different Putting this down to user error Andi
I believe you that you're faster with it, but it's absolutely not wrong. The only reason to have anything other than 50% is personal preference. But if you're having a lag at 50% sensitivity or your inputs don't go up to 100%, then it deserves a further look into it. Turn on "Input meter" widget and see how it reacts to your inputs. To do that, go to Settings and type "input meter" in the top right corner, then assign a button for it.
On the profiler that Thrustmaster everything was at 100%. Throttle , brake and clutch. However, in the game, entering the options, the gas was at about 90%, and the brake released at 100% after about a second.
That's why I was slow on the straight and slow to come out of the corners. I give you my word that I have never presented these options. That's how I've been riding since the beginning. I don't know how I won so many races on the handbrake. "
Honestly I don't quite understand what you're talking about. There's nothing wrong on the photo that you sent. If you had a problem, then cranking these settings to extreme values like 100% is not a fix, you're basically introducing another problem and it all becomes an even bigger mess. 1. Do your pedals even work like a pedal? As in, if you press your throttle pedal halfway and hold it like that, does the input meter show 50% of the throttle? 2. If you say you never touched these options, throttle sensitivity should be at 50%, not 47%. This is not a problem per se, but maybe it's an indicator of another problem. Maybe your profile file is broken somehow. I would try a default profile for your wheel and see if there's still a problem with inputs.
It's more likely your pedals aren't actually hitting 100. In game set throttle upper dead zone to 95. Then you know when you are full throttle you are actually full.
