recap: you sign peace treaty with me....break it and attack. next game, I don't sign peace treaty and attack you....karma
Had a short testsession yesterday and felt somehow uncertain first because I did Dirt Rally so much recently - but a 2.05 was np, guess some Leaderboard laps , a bit tuning and I'm down to 2.02/2.03.... @TodlichesKraut Maybe I can help you with the DFGT (using it as well) and setupwise too, suggest you add me via Steam ("Fairman") and we could have a chat (probably tomorrow)...
Maybe check out George Ortners FFB for the g27....might be something to go off of https://forum.sector3studios.com/index.php?threads/controller-profiles.883/
I tried that the unplugging usb deal no fix. Tried recalibrating via profiler. Uninstalled drivers and reinstalled.
I'm into the 2.02.7's at the moment, but I'm sure I can set a quicker lap. I'll start fiddling with the setup tonight a bit and hopefully shave a couple of tenths off. If any of the West Cost Hunks want to compare setups or whatever let me know @shardshunt @Gerbuho @N.Pach! @::SKRO:: I'm still a bit confused how the Race 2 manual reverse grid works... I read the instructions over and over, and I still can't get my head around it. Is it: on the grid, after the lights go out at the start, drivers are called up based on their position until we're single file ready for the a formation lap? Or is it somehow sorted in qualifying? I'm probably just being really dumb, but I'd like to know beforehand instead of being responsible for causing complete havoc in Race 2 haha!
Thanks @heyokay. I'm also a little confused about second race. one question: the manual formation is only for the qualy and final places will be as they result in it? If this is the case I guess then second race has a "normal" start, right?
ESR CHAMP #1 Practice server is up. This has 30 min practice for those who wants to work together and tweak their setup.
Oh right, so this is within qualifying? So everyone ends up with the same lap time, which means the grid is ordered on who set the lap time first, and so on...
even if we stay in proper formation in round 2 qualification, isn't it possible that a car might qualify in a position ahead of where it should be? if we're doing 2 formation laps at the start of race 2, why don't we just get in reverse order at that time?
