1) When "Animated driver" setting is set to "Wheel and hands" then the rotation is limited to 360 degrees, but it's only a visual thing, it doesn't reflect the actual steering of the car (steering angle will keep increasing even after wheel and hands stop). Set it to "Wheel only" to see the full steering range. 2) It's quite important to set steering range for each car so that it's comfortable for you, not too large, not too low. Some wheels can set steering angle automatically to match the "Steering angle" value that you see in the car setup section. Simagic can't do that (but they seem to be working on that), so you need do it manually in Simagic software. Alternatively, you can set steering angle in Simagic to something that you're comfortable with, like 360, 450, 540, whatever, and leave it at that, then manually adjust "Steering lock" in car setup for each car to some fixed value that you like, like 14, 16, 20, etc.
