Problem ADAC GT 2014 Sachsengring competition won't load

I need help to solve this problem, as I enter the competition and choose the difficulty... the screen won't load to start the race...

 

Do you own the ADAC GT Masters 2014 Experience? (It is needed for the competition)
If so, did you verify the games cache files in steam? (right click > properties > local files)

Are the log files the ones located inside <user data> + <log> folders?

Thank you very much for the indications, the problem was solved by the Staff... In order to fix this do the following:

• Go to the Library tab in Steam
• Right-click on RaceRoom Racing Experience in the game list
• In the drop-down menu that appears, click "Properties" menu item
• In the window that appears, go to the "Local Files" tab
• Click the "Verify integrity of Game Cache"
