Hi. I know someone posted this before but I just can't find that thread. It's about the #5 white/yellow livery, it's not available for me anymore. I remember someone saying (Christian surely) it was taken out by request of the manufacturer or something like that, but last sunday I was in a race (MP) and at least two guys had it. So I have two questions: Why some people have it and some others don't? How can they sell you something (it was offered in the pack I bought) and just take it out? I find it a little weird. Cheers
Audi seemed to be unhappy that those liveries were not real life liveries, and had slight alterations done to them, so they asked Sector3 to remove them. That is part of their licensing agreement most likely, so Audi is at liberty to do that if Sector3 wants to use their content. As for the liveries already sold, that have since been removed from the store... Everyone who already bought those liveries should still be able to use them. Nothing should be removed from their accounts. Simply put, if you bought those liveries before, you can still use them anywhere in the game (MP or SP) and that is why you still see some people in the MP servers using them. They are no longer in the store though, so they cannot be bought anymore however. So those that already bought them, get to keep them. And those that never bought them cannot buy them now.
Yeah, I guess the people that bought those liveries when they first released a while ago got kind of lucky in a way. Bit of a shame that everyone else doesnt have this opportunity to use them anymore, but such is the world of licensing. Hopefully Audi eases up their strict standards a bit so we can get some more liveries for all the Audi cars we have in game. Fingers crossed anyway.
As I already wrote in the other thread, I bought the pack the day it arrived and the liveries are gone for me.
Thanks for the info. If this is so, then something is wrong. I bought the pack on release day and I actually had the livery and now it's gone. It was sold to me and then taken away.
Hmm, actually, can you check to see if you can use them in Single Player? Actually not sure now if they are available in both SP and MP... but they should at least be available in SP. I was under the impression they should be available in both, but now Im not sure. Might have to see if I can get in touch with some other testers or devs to see if they have an idea
I'm like Arthur, I purchased them as well, never seen them since they were removed in any direction. This is where custom livery support comes in useful.

Same here Maybe @J-F Chardon can help me, too? And what about the people who don't use this forum, do they just have bad luck and will never get the liveries back? :/
