Looking up the last few patch releases, there is a time span from 4 to 6 weeks between the releases, with the last patch being released on 12.09.. So a new patch could be released somewhat around mid/end october... but honestly I don't think the patch release pattern is a straight forward math thing...
Georg mentioned in a Stream on Monday, that the Update will be released in October - so not this week. Looking at the announcement of Imola followed by it's release - there was a week in between. So there is a little chance for next week... However - the Corvette is coming finally - yeay... and R3E/Sector3 honored Callaways IMHO outstanding result in this years GT-Masters for such a little Company that is working without any manufacturer-support in the best way they could...
The sound of the vette seems to be very realistic and amazing. My question is : previous gt3 cars like the bentley (my favorite gt3 car) or the Mercedes amg gt3 and other cars will have a sound patch for shifting or downshift? Anyway i'm waiting for the release of this car.
Already done in August All cars: new external gearshifts added. All cars: Adjusted suspension sounds. All cars: Road Noise is now pure of any chassis sounds. Increased trigger sensitivity of bump samples
I noticed that in two cars in the gt3 class (Bentley and BMW M6) you can not adjust the sound of transmission whine. But when the engine volume slider of this cars gets muted, the sound of transmission whine gets muted too. Is that normal?
Yes, this is normal. On most of the new GT3 cars, the transmission whine is part of the engine samples and therefore it cannot be split from the engine sound. This ensures the most realistic cockpit sound and balance
